Lovely hotel . Everything was perfect about it . The breakfast was a huge selection . Room large with streaming tv . Staff very helpful . Only downside ( which was not the hotels fault ) , our room was at the front of the hotel . There is a nightclub across the street so was quite noisy friday and saturday night even with windows shut .

This hotel is just perfect. It’s in a great walkable location and the rooms and public spaces are very nice. The breakfast is just fantastic with every option including sparkling wine and every juice you would want. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Loved the quaintness and location of this hotel. Easy to walk to dining and attractions. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was very helpful and we loved the little touches like candy and snacks out throughout the day. The breakfast was more than we anticipated, wonderful setup, lots of offerings.

A neat, modern facility in the Tiefer Graben, a recess below street level. The area is less busy and touristy than others in Vienna, a pleasant escape from the hubbub of the city and all the motion and commotion. You still have ready access to everything. Helpful and efficient staff, always there for you.
