Great hotel, amazing view. Perfect!

Our recently renovated room was extremely hot even when we turned the temperature as low as possible. There was no fan or air circulation. The bed was very comfortable. Would like some less expensive options for breakfast.

The facilities were clean and tidy. The view from the outdoor pool was amazing. The staff were so helpful and friendly.

My wife and I had an amazingly pleasant experience at the Panorama Sheraton, and wish we had planned to stay longer than the 1 night transiting from Frankfurt to Lake Garda. The room on the 9th floor was clean, modern, comfortable and very practical. All drains were working perfectly and so did the AC. The bedding was just perfect for us and provided us with a great night sleep. Breakfast was among the best we have ever experienced in our travels. It takes place on the 11th floor from where you get a top notch panoramic view of the entire region. You may even sit outside if you wish. I saw a Zeppelin airship flying over the local mountains while having breakfast. The selection was vast and included unusual items like champagne, smoked salmon, gluten free bread, horseradish, papaya and a few very efficient coffee machines. The personnel was absolutely wonderful, cheerful, accommodating and provided us even with a great suggestion to experience the Karren funicular nearby which ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. Parking is very safe and only cost 12 euros per night. In our opinion this hotel could possibly turn into a 5 star given the high quality of service we have received. Thank you so much to everyone that made this stay so special for us.

The hotel advertises that it has AC but it didn’t work in either of the rooms we had. It was in the 30’s outside and we were able to open a window and somehow, the room was still very hot to sleep in. That would be my only complaint. The hotel is nice and the bed is very comfortable.

This hotel is absolutely fabulous. The rooms are amazing with massive windows and views. The hotel has a great indoor/outdoor pool, sauna, hot tub and fitness room. The restaurant was very good. The breakfast was in a room on the roof with 360 degree views and it was very good. Definitely worth a stay!

Beautiful hotel and extremely clean. My only complaint was they didn’t clean the room thoroughly each day we stayed. The amenities were just what we needed. The sauna and steam room were clean and the indoor pool was relaxing. I would recommend this hotel and I hope to return one day!

Fantastic breakfast on the top floor, lovely views. Big spacious hotel.

Same probelms for years here, wifi connection is awful hard to use. Your wifi is canclled from early next day even before checkout. Cant connect an IPad, Macbook works eventually. Bed very broken down and uncomfortable. Quick to charge slow to act.

Loved it! The pools and spa area are fabulous!!!

The hotel is brand new and still under construction but noise was not an issue. The food was very good, checkin was friendly and quick. The highlight for us was the indoor hydro therapy pool and outdoor pool areas. Both were very large and there were also many sauna rooms to choose from. A fabulous place to relax and recharge. We would highly recommend this property.

Location is great just off the highway. Unique building shape made for unique rooms. The TV in my room did not work, they were very quick to respond and move me to an upgraded room. Attached parking very convenient.

The SPA area is amazing. Location close to the lake is also valuable.

Overall the hotel was great apart from our restaurant experience. We went to the restaurant at 21.10 (closes 22.00) and were greeted by the manager who instructed one of the waiters to prepare our table. The same waiter came to take our order but did so by leaning over the table in the next row with his arm on the back of the chair. As we ordered, he interrupted us to have a look at his phone and then inform us that we could only have a main course as it is 21.30. I took out my phone and it was 21.20 so I informed him that is was not 21.30 to which he then agreed that we could have our starters (bare in mind that there was on 2 other tables in the restaurant and they appeared to be finished and 4/5 members of staff on the floor). He then asked that we repeat the order as he didn't remember it (starters). We quickly received our starter followed by our main course (steak AMAZING, pasta dish very bland). Having finished our main we were not offered dessert, tea/coffee and the manager pulled a curtain (divides bar/restaurant) half way which indicated we should leave. I requested the bill which was missing the bottle of wine but we highlighted this as the wine was very good and worth the 40 euro. Overall, I would stay here again as the pros definitely outweighed the cons. The room was great, amazing bed. The only additional recommendations I would give is that the Gym, pool, spa close too early on a weekend 20.00 and provide ceramic cups in the room for tea/coffee.
