Moxy Vienna City East

Very nice and clean hotel. Very quiet and comfortable bed. The area is just far from the center and we spent a lot on Ubers.

I had such a wonderful stay! The staff and service were excellent especially at the reception desk. I felt very welcome and cared for. The hotel is just three minutes away from the Erdberger train station and just about 15 minutes drive from VIE airport. Only downside is breakfast not included but Vienna has so many options on that anyway!

the hotel staff was amazing, among them Adam did above and beyond with anything we came up with. the hotel is quite, peaceful and clean, very close to the Vienna U-bahn and up to 10min. from the city center. well recommended!

The place was great, great service, with VERY close access to public transport. Other than one Döner Kebap place, there is very little for the average person to do in the vicinity. Do not let that stop you from using this facility, because most of what is worth doing you would need to get on public transport to access anyway.

Small rooms

Nice hotel and decent transport links close to underground station. Stayed for 3 night and the room wasn’t made up at any point but I’m guessing that is perhaps standard. One disappointment was that the pillows were really uncomfortable to me. I asked if they had any softer pillows and they didn’t.

The room is really clean and big enough. There ia parking next to the hotel.

Awesome hotel

As someone that stays in about a dozen hotels each year (between work and leisure), this is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in (in my life). It is a beautiful hotel, beautiful hotel room and the staff is exceptional. As an English speaking Canadian visiting, the staff were beyond accommodating and kind. This hotel is a big part of the reason I look forward to returning back to Vienna. Thank you!

The hotel itself is very nice and we would stay here again. It is located in a very boring, non-descript neighborhood, but its saving grace is that it is only one block away from the metro, so in this respect, its location is very good. The only negative criticism we have, is that the staff at the front desk was not able (did not know?) how to use the public transportation system to reach Vienna airport. Currently, taking either a taxi or transfer service costs 50 euros, which is quite steep. We could not figure out how use public transportation, so we asked the front desk to order a taxi for us. BTW, taxis and transfer services should all accept credit cards, but just to be sure, before you enter a cab, ask the driver if he accepts credit cards. When we flew into Vienna and got a taxi to go to the hotel, we did not ask, When we arrived, the cost was 50 euros and the driver demanded cash only - we barely had enough cash to give him.

It's nice and quiet place to stay. But U couldn't find anything to watch on TV, just hotel advertisement.

I specifically booked this hotel for air condition as many EU hotels don’t have air condition and even confirmed with them in advance, however when I arrived they told me there is NO air conditioning and its limited to day time. They refused to help, accommodate or compensate me.
