Excellent hotel in a super location close to the attractions and Christmas markets. Room was very comfortable and cleaning staff was friendly and cleaned the room right after we left. Then came back to make sure everything was done correctly

The staff were excellent and the location is fantastic. Shout out to Alvin the bellman who was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Rooms weren't huge but it was all about the central location and a great bar.

Great breakfast. Room comfortable. But no business centre despite Expedia listing that it had one. Room was cleaned very late one day (probably due turning over rooms for guests leaving / new guests coming) — so I’d advise putting out the make up room sign when you go out; they’ll clean it faster.
