The Aircon was not working upto the desired results . There was no staff at the property.

It was horrible! It was full of mold, the moldy smell was so bad I couldn't breathe as soon as I opened the door, there was a woman's long hair and a man's hair rolling around on the bed. They didn't change the sheets. The internet connection was completely useless, and the phone itself didn't work, so I opened the door and went outside to call. I wanted to get out of here right away, it ruined our trip to Vienna. I never want to go back this studio.

Easy to get into, great location for sightseeing and for Vienna pass bus stops. The only problem for us was the heating, centrally controlled, and much too hot. We had to keep opening windows to cool the studio down. The shower was excellent, rain shower didn't work well but the other head was very powerful. Great bed, very clean, lots of room. No English tv channels, slippers or iron and hairdryer was awkward to use with holding handle down, but none of this particularly mattered to us because we had a brilliant stay. Irish bar around the corner had great food and drink after a busy day out if needed, and bakery and McDonald's just around the corner also.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is well located, many restaurants and cafe nearby. Most importantly, the room is quiet, clean and spacious. Comfortable bed and pillow. We would definitely stay here again.

As a regular visitor of the area where this property is located it was not a surprise that once again I was in a place with great shopping and eating opportunities but on a what cost. Except for the great location and perfectly operated check in procedure there is nothing that bring some sort of satisfaction. Heating in the rooms is operated remotely and you can not adjust the temperature. Which is awful especially if you are traveling like me... With a child. Rooms were well equipped but really cold. I've tried to ask for assistance but without any result. We were travelling with some friends and they were joking about the absence of stoves in the kitchen boxes. It was purposely so the guest won't be able to use them to heat the rooms. Anyway... Most of the thing were all right but the issue with the temperature especially in the winter is crucial for my overall rating of this property. Definitely won't use this accommodation again!

It was great

Very spacious for the price, basically the whole flat for myself, with small kitchen, fridge, shower everything. The only issue is that the window next to my pillow has no curtain? (all other windows have) The light came on my head directly. Check-in was not straight forward though, for some reason the hotel email never came through Gmail, which I believe many people use. I had to call them at door to organise a resend of code to another email address. Imagine if I have arrived at late night? The Hotels.com also did not make this clear during booking process.

Check in instructions were only in German, not in English - had to translate through my phone which is a bit troublesome. Bathroom became half flooded after taking a shower normally, water just kept seeping from the shower. Bathroom is also slightly molded. Wall has some holes from removal of probably furniture that were not made good. The property also has stairs towards 1/F upon entrance for access to room, not ideal for travelling with luggage or with accessibility needs. Asked for checking out one day earlier and refund, but hotel could only offer another room in another location ten minutes away - but I have lost confidence already and decided to move out on second day.

Actually a very good new flat in a nice location and not hard to get in contact with the remote located apartment hotel staff. But the TV didn’t work and it couldn’t be fixed and it was according to the cleaner an old issue and the internet was also not perfect. When raining it didn’t work properly. If they would care about tv and internet and fix it, it would be a nice place to stay. You can’t store luggage there but the area has list of cheap storage places.

Hotel in top Lage, aber leider hatte mein Zimmer Keller-Charakter, da das Fenster nach innen gelegen war. Das Zimmer war leider nur sehr oberflächlich gereinigt worden, Waschbecken und Zahnputzbecher noch verschmiert, Schimmel in der Dusche und feine Spinnweben in den Zimmerecken

Schlich und einfach ALLES perfekt!

Ich war begeistert, das Niveau war deutlich über meinen Erwartungen - geniales Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis!

Die Lage der Unterkunft war perfekt. Sie war größer als erwartet. Geschäfte und Gastronomie waren fußläufig zu erreichen. Auch in die Innenstadt konnte man gut zu Fuß gehen oder mit der Bahn fahren. Mit einmal umsteigen kam man gut zum Flughafen. Ich hätte mir mehr Informationen zum Gebrauch des Appartements gewünscht, also z.B.wie kann man die Heizung verstellen (war nicht selbsterklärend), wo kann man seinen Müll entsorgen. Ganz wichtig wäre auch ein zweiter Schlüssel. Das Appartment ist für zwei Personen, dann sind auch zwei Schlüssel erforderlich.
