first of all when I got there, they put me in one room and it was dirty so then they moved me and then I got a accused of being abusive and they told me that I was gonna be evicted and I wanted evidence were three days of my holiday, because my anxiety was all over the place my children I've got autistic children anxiety didn't know whether we had to leave or not upsetting him for the rest of my holiday, so on a whole terrible

I really wanted to love this stay, but the lack of basic utilities and the staff's "not our problem" attitude made it impossible to enjoy. The Issue: No Running Water For several hours during our stay, the water in our suite was completely shut off. Normally, this might be a minor hiccup, but the timing was terrible. We had just returned from a long day of snorkeling, and being unable to rinse off the salt and sand was incredibly uncomfortable. Beyond that, basic hygiene—like flushing the toilet or washing our hands—became a major ordeal. The Response: Lack of Support When we contacted the staff, they informed us that the city was performing maintenance nearby. While I understand that external infrastructure issues are out of the hotel's direct control, the lack of assistance was disappointing. • No proactive communication: I wasn’t warned this might happen. • No temporary solutions: The staff didn't offer bottled water for hygiene or access to a backup facility. • Zero empathy: We were essentially told to just wait it out, despite paying for a "luxury" suite experience. Bottom Line: A hotel’s primary job is to provide a functional space to rest and clean up. If they can’t provide water, they should at least provide a solution or a sincere apology. I left feeling salty—literally and figuratively.

The property is great. The units on property are individually owned and unfortunately our unit is poorly maintained. The furniture need updating, the refrigerator wouldn't close without a struggle, the television is old and didnt work well. The unit also need shelves in the bathrooms and atleast one mirror. They only mirror was over the sink in the bathrooms. House keeping was the best thing about this unit. Property is perfect, just ensure you are renting a kept unit.

The property was gated and close to the beaches and restaurants. The pool was clean and nice to use. Our condo was very comfortable with great views.

The place was clean, safe, quite, and accessible to transportation.

The apartment overall was nice and communication with management was always easy and accessible however the cleanliness of our unit could have been a little better specially in the bathrooms. But the unit came with a lot of amenities including a washing machine which was quite nice and it is reasonable driving distance from town.

Could do with some updating. A bit shabby. Good location though nice views from the balcony.

Excellent stay. Felt very safe and staff could not do enough for me. Very pleasant stay.

Area is qiuet and private. Missing basic amenities like face clothes, tissues,etc. Also washer and dryer didnt work and that was a big imcovenience.

A lovely apartment, had everything we needed and was very clean. Very close to a bus stop which is great for getting around. Would definitely return.

Gorgeous & peaceful

We have been coming to the island for 40 years. We feel this condo unit is overpriced for what you get in terms of location and ammenities. The condo itself was nicely decorated, it was clean and there was everything you need in the kitchen. Comfortable seating, although the lighting is very dim!! AC in every room was appreciated!! Housekeeping staff were very friendly and attentive! Unfortunately, we had issues with the en-suite shower. After 3 minutes the bathroom was flooded. Safety issues with shower design and slippery tiles. Management responded quickly when we notified them and a plumber came the next morning. Drainage issues continued during our stay. The washing machine which was listed in the property profile was not operstional. All ground-floor units in this complex have direct access to the pool. All other units need to go down the back stairs and walk outside around the building to reach the pool. The area appears to not have fully recovered since Covid. Many popular establishments have closed down. Public transportation in very close!

The unit was nothing like what is shown in the pictures. Mold in the shower, tape keeping kitchen cupboards together, no soap or shampoo. We arrived from the airport only to find 2 bathrooms without any soap to wash one's hands. I would be we stay here again. Barbados is beautiful but this apartment was a total fail.

My friends and I had a great time and felt super comfortable.

I like the privacy .and very clean .staff is always willing to gelp .this is my second. Stay .
