Wonderful staff at check in. 100% secure motorbike parking in a gated car park. Lovely venue on the edge of the city centre.
Staff were so good. Hotel is brilliant. Breakfast was one of the best i have had.
Its a really short walk into the city centre and i would 100% recommend this hotel.

This unique hotel provided all the comforts you would expect of a 4* hotel. In addition, the glorious outside bar provided a perfect place to unwind at the end of the day. The hotel was conveniently situated for the mainline station and the town centre. The staff were friendly, helpful and superb.

A wonderful first time stay here. Our room, 103, was fantastic, we will definately come back again. Food in the resturant was excellent. The tented outside bar area is comfy and adds to the overall feel of the place. Staff are all friendly, with the right level of attentiveness to make the overall experience feel special.

We stayed 3 nights at this Boutique Hotel during our trip. This hotel is located in a quiet location but still close enough where we could walk into the center of Bruges. The only negative comment was that we could hear the tenants above our rental unit until the late evening hours.

More concerned with its restaurant business than it's hotel. No hotel lobby, just a reception area for the restaurant. Nice room with a fireplace, located very close to the train station on the grounds of a small, melancholy park.

The property itself is stunning and perfectly located to station and the main town for shops and restaurants. The restaurant and bar are perfect and the food and service faultless. But the room really let down our stay. We booked the standard room so we knew it wouldn’t be huge but it was just so unpractical and in places tatty. The bin in the bathroom and the bathroom blind were broken. The dressing gown cords were frayed and almost broken. There is no where to put anything. No drawers by the bed, no room under the bed for your case, no hook on the door for your coat. I had to fold up my clothes and put them on the floor. Such simple additions would make this room so much better. Such a shame because the rest was perfect.

Gorgeous area - room small - furniture too big - no place to put anything - difficult to operate heat/ac and lights - confusing. Sometimes room was too hot and sometimes freezing - fro t desk admitted the system was not working right.
Some desk personnel not helpful nor informative.

We had a room facing the street, room 301. There was an outdoor bar 2 doors away from the hotel. There was noise from the bar until 4:00 am on Saturday night and very noisy on Sunday evening until midnight. Not good for sleeping.
Not much variety on the breakfast buffet for the price of 16 Euros.
Room 301 was a nice size and comfortable bed. Close to the train station.
Not worth the very high price we paid.
