Great facility- fridge in room vital in hot weather. Had all essentials- all equipment worked. Local culture nearby. Double glazing and curtains effective in shutting it out when you have had enough of it!

This hotel was in a fabulous location. It was very close to the city center, and across the street from a plaza that hosted restaurants and extended outdoor eating. Very cool. It is close to many transit lines. The place is very clean and has a functional kitchenette. Laundry facilities are on site. Filtered water, coffee and tea are available all day. If I were to return to Brussels, I would definitely stay there again.

The location of this hotel is amazing and the hotel staff were warm and welcoming. The rooms didn't have any air conditioning, but the weather was good and we cracked the window open. We were able to visit the Grand place twice due to the proximity. Would definitely recommend this hotel! The only drawback is the street noise during night as there are multiple restaurants underneath the rooms and it does get a little loud with the windows open.

Noise level was off the charts within the property, sounded like construction was go on and/or residents above room were out of control. Notified front desk on 3 occasions, didn’t seem to know what was causing the noise. Fire alarm went off 20:00 one night, had to contact front desk to find out what was going on, no notification from front desk what so ever. Cleaned room 1 time only because stay was 9 days. Location is fantastic but…

Pleasant stay, close location. Will stay again. Parking is good for medium size suv though getting in and out of parking garage is abit tight but manageable. Very good security in parking and walk in entrance to reception which can only be accessed by guests.

Love are stay at this apartment. We were very well welcome and had easy access to their private secure parking lot just under the building for 20 euros. It is close to everything. Lots of restaurant around the hotel even offers free coffee 24/7. Apartment was well equipped with all the amenities . The only thing I can add is it’s starting to show its age a bit, but not a big deal for us.

The bathroom could do with updating, and the toilet was dusty so hadn't been cleaned properly, apart from that lovely! Very spacious, plenty of room for for clothes etc...stayed for 2 nights felt breakfast was expensive for what was there but loved the breakfast area for eating, very chilled
