Holiday Inn BRUSSELS AIRPORT by IHG, an IHG Hotel

Everything excellent but parking have to be paid.

Very nice hotel. Nice restaurant and bar inside. But I didn't realize that their Airport Shuttle DOESN'T RUN from 10 AM to 5:30 PM. So only runs a little in the morning and a little in the evening. So it cost me 20 Euros to get from the airport to the hotel, even though it's only 3 Km away

Excellent place to stay

The premium room was not worth 225€/night (without fees and taxes). Upon arrival the room was too cold (17°C), when I wanted to turn on heating the air conditioning was not working. There was a strange not-locked door inside the room connecting it to another room; the space behind it was covered only by a thin wall/possibly the door from the other room as well. The room was too noisy from all sides, I was not able to work from there. Additionally, there was quite a lot of dust on some surfaces and the furniture was worn out which didn't justify the price for a 4-star hotel. The water tap in the bathroom was sticking and squeaking so loudly that anyone outside could hear it whenever I tried to turn on the water. Also it took a while for the hot water to start flowing. I requested a room change but the hotel was fully booked during my stay. I stayed only for 2 nights but cannot imagine staying longer, definitely not a good value for the money. However, the breakfast was good. The location is close to the airport and NATO HQ, but there is nothing to do within walking distance. There are also no dining options around except for the hotel restaurant.

Close location to airport and train station. Room had newer look with plenty of room. Emily who checked us in was nice and made the process go smoothly.

Self check-in. Clean facilities. Fun vibe. No information about amenities in the room. Self serve mini-store.

Clean. 15 min from train station. 10 min airport shuttle requires 5 euros as of 12/2024.

Close to the airport but not in the airport. Could advise the clients that there is a shuttle. Overall good hotel but a bot noisy.

It was a nice overnight transit stop to home

The staff was great, and very friendly. The rooms were clean, beds, comfortable, and well-maintained. We were tired when we first arrived, and we’re a little unhappy about the self check in counter. Other than this, we are very happy with our stay. Being close to the international airport was a plus also.

Please let the possibility to have a copy of the invoice...

Automatic check in was slow and ultimately didn’t work

Great stay. Sleek, high tech hotel nicely situated near the airport. All the staff were helpful and very friendly.

After check in time it took about 2 hours to get into the room. The room was next to a noisy elevator.

The staff was friendly and helpful but the amenities are a bit lacking
