Pullman Brussels Centre Midi

We had chosen this hotel due to its proximity to Brussels Midi (Zuid) train station when we thought we'd be taking the train into Brussels. When we rented the car, I shoild have chnaged our hotel to one closer to the Centrum. There were positives. The staff is first class and well-trained. When we requested a desk fan for the room, we had one within 15 minutes. The cleaning staff was also quite helpful. It's right at the train station, so getting around by train or tram is very easy. There are also a lot of fast food and coffee options in the station. The negatives outweighed the positives for us. The area around the hotel is strewn with trash. The lobby smells like they spray Axe everywhere. The bed was like sleeping on a slab and the WC was like sitting in an EZ Bake Oven. There was no way to get up in the middle of the night to use the facilities without waking your partner.

I stayed at Pullman Brussels Midi (19–20 Aug) and had one of the worst hotel experiences ever. When I arrived, the air conditioning in my room was completely broken, and the room was unbearably hot with no way to open a window. I immediately contacted reception and maintenance, but nothing was done. The only person who came was a staff member in a security t-shirt who checked the thermostat, said someone else would fix it, and left. No one ever showed up. After several calls, I was finally told that the AC was faulty and could not be repaired until the next day, and there were no other rooms available. Reception offered no solution whatsoever—not even a fan or a room change—just “noting it in the system.” That’s not what you expect from a Pullman or any 4-star hotel. I barely slept, the air was suffocating, and honestly it felt like the hotel did not care at all about guest comfort or health. As an Accor loyalty member who has stayed here before, I’m extremely disappointed. This stay was a complete waste of money, and I will never return. Avoid this hotel at all costs—terrible service, zero accountability, and no basic comfort provided.

I really want a window that opens so I am connected to real air. Not here.

The hotel is excellent. It is above the Brussels Midi Train Station, so it is very convenient for traveling to other cities/towns. It is a 22-minute walk to the Grand Place, which is a little far from the tourist attractions and top restaurants.

We enjoyed a quite night stay, even though it’s right at the train station

I was there with family . The hotel is conveniently located right next to Brussels Middi station and other transport options like FlixBus. CleanMany attractions like the Manniekens, Royal Palace of Brussels etc are in walking distance. Lot of excellent food options near by, for example , JOE LA FRITTERS serves excellent freshly made chicken sandwiches. Walk further towards Manniekens and you will see many restaurants lined up on either side of the road. Just be careful in the bathroom, our room was in brand new condition and the bathroom floor got super slippery with slight drop of water. Other than that, it’s an excellent place to stay.

It was amazing , more than expected Comfort and convenient

Our stay was comfortable and we found the room to be very clean. The staff were friendly.

The lady who checked me in was really nice and very helpful. However, staff who worked on the next shifts needs to work on their attention to detail. Mentioned about my air condition in the room doesn't seem to work and explain3d temperature doesn't drop down to 25 degrees and it was hot. She mentioned they didn't have any maintenance it but they will have a look. Went outside for few hours and came back still the same so I came back down and ask for an update but the lady has no clue about it. Then I think they asked the security to have a lool but can't do anything about it. Didn't even offer a room move and it was hot days when I stayed.

Access to train was great. Surrounding area is very sketchy. We walked to the Grand Place and witnessed a woman physically assaulting another woman. Didn't feel safe to walk back afterwards.

Quick one night stay to catch an early Euro star train so The Pullman entrance inside the train station a few meters from the Eurostar area was fantastic and the reception staff were really good and helpful.

The outside of the property around the station was dirty, the location is convenient the breakfast was lovely and the allowed an hour early check in. The check in staff were all friendly and helpful.

Comfy beds

Our accommodation was average but location very convenient which worked for our short stay. The room had no USB for phone charging so had to use our own plugs which were limited. The washroom slide door was very difficult to open and close (stiff on slides). My wife could not open or close it.Otherwise this place ticked all the boxes for our short visit.

The bathroom light kept flickering. The room temperature was very high and could not cool it down. Staff was nice.

I really enjoyed my time at this hotel. The room was clean, the location was convenient, and the staff were kind and helpful. I don’t remember the name of the woman who checked me in, but she was amazing and made me feel so welcomed. I’d absolutely stay here again!

Great location, clean, super comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, and everything ran smoothly from check-in to check-out. I’d definitely recommend it to others!
