First time solo travelling and I have to say it was a lovely stay and a very nice room! The only minor issues I had was some hair around the taps of the bath, and I was not able to unplug the bath. However staff were apologetic and got it rectified very quickly. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great location, 2 minute walk from Brussels central station and the Grand Place so a prime location when travelling from the airport and to explore the city. Breakfast had a good selection, and close to many restaurants and bars for the evening. Would recommend staying to anyone visiting Brussels.

The perfect location for the tourist or visitor to Brussels. Superb accommodation with great staff and services. Centrally located to restaurants and transportation. The rooms are large for a European hotel and the beds are superb.

Very close to everything, very clean the bed so comfortable to sleep, house keeping so kind clean room eveeyday. Love to looftop bar can see Brussels sun set and nice cocktails. Highly recommend.
