Beautifully designed hotel with top amenities. Friendly staff and very efficient. Shame we couldn’t stay longer!

MET Hotel exceeded my expectation in many ways! It's located on a quiet street while convenience is not sacrificed. The front desk staff are all super friendly and helpful, who really made me feel at home. The amenities are excellent: the coca leaves readily available to eliminate high altitude symptoms, and the drinking water station with unlimited refill is such a great gesture for the wellbeing of the customers. Other detailed services, like providing slippers, gives the message of care! The room is also wonderful - clean, well proportioned, bright. The lobby is comfortable as well as artfully decorated. It was truly a great experience staying at the MET Hotel. Will definitely stay there again when I come back to La Paz!!!

staff are very helpful, breakfast was good, rooms are comfortable, and it is in a quiet neighbourhood. the only issue was that it promised on hotels.com that we will get welcome drink, and we didn't but they said that it is hotels.com mistake

This place is AMAZING! I arrived at 0500 looking like a zombie having flown overnight from Bogotá and they let me check in. Yes, I will pay $60 for more sleep, thanks! Breakfast was delicious, with loads of options. I then spent some time in the spa trying to turn myself back into a human and it was just what I needed. There’s a steam room, hot tub, and a lap pool and I had them all to myself. The room itself was gorgeous, spacious, and well furnished. I particularly appreciated a very good hair dryer when I realised the one I brought wouldn’t work. There are plenty of plugs, lighting options and a very comfy bed (although I’d have happily slept on a concrete slab when I first arrived). The view from my room was of the surrounding mountains and was so beautiful. It was National Pedestrian Day when I was there, but the hotel is a 20 min walk from a restaurant block (El Bosque Boulevard) and from Irpavi station for Mi Teleferico. I’m a woman travelling by herself and didn’t feel unsafe in the area, although all the time I spent outside was in daylight. Special mention for Ernesto on the front desk who was wonderful and so helpful. His English was brilliant, which I appreciated as my Spanish very much isn’t! He and the rest of the staff went the extra mile every time. I’ve travelled fairly widely and I’d say this is the best hotel I’ve stayed in, particularly in terms of service, amenities, design, and location, and definitely at the price point. I will 100% be back!!

Great hotel. Nice facilities, particularly the pool and gym. Very comfortable bed. Convenient to get the Teleferico to the old town. Staff exceptional and friendly. Ernesto at front desk was particularly warm and helpful, and made us feel very welcome.

This hotel is absolutely incredible. I was traveling alone on a national holiday with limited transportation. The concierge went above and beyond in securing transportation for my requests and was very responsive when I was having trouble on the road. Felt very safe in their care. Fantastic hospitality!!!

Outstanding hotel. Made our entire stay. We will be back!

Met Hotel in La Paz was an awesome experience. The design is modern and stylish, the rooms are super comfortable, and everything feels high-quality. The staff were outstanding, so helpful and genuinely welcoming. The food was also a highlight, fresh and full of flavor. It’s the perfect mix of luxury and warmth. Would absolutely stay here again!

Overall nice hotel, however they do not offer any in room coffee what so ever and most hotel do for this price.

I absolutely loved staying at the MET hotel, the staff (especially Ernesto) were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean with a great shower and breakfast was lovely with many options! I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely revisit!
