I had a great wikent stay @the hotel. Everything was ok. I will surely come back soon. Thank U very much.

Overall the property was good. However, WiFi was often unavailable and no one on-site to fit it.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel and wanted to share some feedback from my experience. Upon check-in, everything went smoothly, and I received my key along with the hotel's rules at the front desk. The location of the hotel is fantastic, and I appreciated the convenience it offered. However, I did encounter a few issues during my stay. First, while my room view was generally okay, I noticed some dog waste right in front of my door view, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, the day after I checked in, there was no room service to clean my room. As a result, I had no clean towels, and by the time I returned, it was too late to call for assistance. I wanted to bring these matters to your attention as I believe they are important for the overall guest experience. Despite these issues, I genuinely enjoyed the hotel's location and would love to consider staying again in the future. Thank you for your attention to these concerns. Nathalie

The only real advantage of this hotel is its central location—it’s easy to walk to many restaurants nearby. However, everything else about the stay was frustrating. There is no clear entrance to the hotel, and no staff is present at the front desk, which makes it very difficult to get help when needed. The noise from the street traffic is constant and loud, and at night, the entire room shakes from the music coming from the “Bubble” venue on the ground floor. There were multiple issues with the rooms—I had to change rooms three times during my stay. The old air conditioning units either didn’t work or were unbearably loud. If you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing trip, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Strong smelling "air fresheners" that are headache inducing. No bolt lock on the door. One of the hardest mattresses I have met. The aging air conditioning unit would make a charming squeak, and occasionally sound like a distant air raid siren.

The hotel was just above Bubbles Restaurant, a great little spot to dine or have a beer. Bed was comfy and room was cool. It would have been great to have a deck outside but otherwise very convenient location close to shops, restaurants and beach.

Stayed an extra day on Bonaire, checked out of Buddy Dive and needed a 1 night accommodation. It took about 15 minutes of walking around to find out that the entrance in THRU Bubbles bar. No street sign, no explanation of how to find it. And they were CLOSED. The housekeeper spoke no English but did allow us to leave our luggage to go get lunch, they open at 2pm - 4pm. Then closed again. No service other than that. Stairs are narrow and we had a lot of luggage for this dive trip. Now let’s talk about the bed, rock hard and 2 small square pillows. My back hurts this morning and I slept very little. The room is clean with a nice view of a giant cruise ship which would have been ocean view if the ship was not there. Good shower, tv is eh…

Low quality pullows and mattress. Also it was very hard to find and the hotel which didnt answer its phone. Located inside, behind bubbles bar.

Center of down town, good location, very convenient.

It is close to allot of restaurants and cafe's

It's situated in the city of Bonaire and walkable to different restaurants and Disco's/cafe's.

NO parking on the place and what I found most complicated was find location entrance is behind Captains table restaurant so just look for it. No visible sign with Hotel name.

Nice Rooms

Very comfortable and cozy place with friendly staff! Lots of great places to eat near by and sea is next to the hotel.

I highly recommend this property and plan to stay here again. It was perfect!

Yolanda was amazing. The first day we had an issue with the Air conditioning but she resolved this immediately, moved us to another smaller room for a day while ours was being repaired and compensated us for the inconvenience. Service is really nice, everything is walkable from the hotel. Hotel is clean, nice and safe,

In the center of the city. Everything is so close by

Staff was very friendly-they gave us a very generous late check out. Location is great as well. The beds and pillows were unbelievably uncomfortable. When we realized the old lumpy pillows were uncomfortable, we tried to switch them but no staff was on site by then. The beds were harder than rocks-we literally considered sleeping on the floor instead because it would be more comfortable.

Hotel manager wasn't particularly helpful in addressing our needs; besides, she often was not at her desk. The street behind the hotel was undergoing construction, very noisy and parking near the hotel was very problematic.
