We loved our stay at the Ornament Hotel in Sarajevo. The hotel is small, but it was perfectly fine for two nights in the city. It has a great location and it is an easy walk to wherever you would want to go. The room was small, but had a balcony looking over the Latin Bridge and the river. The hotel has two parking spots (first come, first serve) and we were lucky enough to get one. Otherwise, there is public parking a short walk away
We were doing a 10 country drive and stayed in a mix of luxury properties and modest hotels. The Ornament exceeding what you would expect for a modest property. The front desk staff was great and the hotel was spotless

Everything was good except for the cigarette smoking taking place on the balcony of the neighboring room. We had to close our French doors to avoid the stench. Get rid of the ashtrays and adopt a no smoking policy to make this a top notch property.

This hotel has a great location near the Latin Bridge and Baščaršija. Also, the workers are very friendly and helpful. We arranged to be picked up from the airport by a hotel employee as we arrived quite late at night. I highly recommend this hotel.

So impressed with this hotel, location was ideal and just facing the Latin Bridge. It’s a short walk to the old town and not far from the cable car to go up the mountain either. Room was really clean and we had a great breakfast every morning. Tarik was a great host, took time to tell us about the city! Really genuine. Everybody at the hotel so welcoming.

Great hotel!! I went as a solo (female) traveler for a work trip and felt very safe and welcomed both by the city, the neighborhood and the staff. The staff was incredibly nice in providing suggestions and tips to the city, as well as helping me find the Airport Bus Stop because I didn’t feel comfortable taking a taxi alone. The hotel was really close to the old town and all the touristic attractions without being in the centre, so all museums, the university and restaurants were pretty close by. The breakfast, included in the fee, was really good as well! The only thing was the noise—my room only had one window in the ceiling, which was not great for blocking out noise. Regardless, I had an incredible stay at the hotel and can only recommend.

Really great hotel, very nice and helpful staff and incredible location.
The room was very clean and comfortable.
Only thing to note is there isn't staff on the premises after about 10pm to assist with issues. One night an alarm went off around midnight (which other guests managed to switch off), and another night there was a lot of yelling and stomping around 3am on the landing and stairs. This is just what happens with hotels without staff on-site, but worth being aware of.
Overall i would recommend this hotel as a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Very convenient to Old Town and museums. Room incredibly small. No place to even put a small suitcase. No table or surface next to bed. No shelf in shower to put shampoo, soap, etc / had to use the floor. There was an unidentifiable smell in the room. Overrated.
