Good: Nice central location and it was incredibly quiet, I never once used ear plugs. The gym was reasonably well equipped and the pool looked nice, though I didn’t use it. Negative: The pictures are of a renovated apartment, and mine definitely wasn’t (that was an aesthetic problem, not a functional one). On a cloudy day the AC was great, on a hot sunny day it barely kept it JUST cool enough to be able to sleep without a sheet that night. Communication was challenging because replies would take hours or even a day and simple, direct questions required a lot of back and forth; some I gave up on, such as how to stream Netflix, which I don’t think could be done from this unit’s equipment (again a variance from the photos). Check in was challenging to figure out because check in hours are very limited, what I think that actually means is that’s why you need to check in online, which I had done; after three days of attempting to get an answer since my flight would arrive late, I was finally told there was a 24 hour concierge (door security really) who would let me in. Once I figured out I needed to go to the second gate with an intercom that worked okay. Some really detailed and clear instructions would have eliminated that stress.

Great location especially for nightlife, close to everything, very secure, and good facilities in the condo available. Was able to arrange for visitors to come with prior arrangement. Small issue with damaged sliding doors. Also the laundry system was confusing.

Fair price for studio with nice pool and gym. Nevertheless, obssesed with security to a fault. Had to make line once for regular access to building. Guests had to be registered on line in advance and wait for approval. They said there is no check in after 6pm. Helped me with it after long day of suffering without knowing if check in was going to be possible. IM SUM: all these restrictions ought to be advertised in CAPS next to price.

O local é muito bem localizado. O apartamento é silencioso e bem equipado.

Boa. Quarto bem confortável, condomínio seguro e com bastante lazer. Ótima localização. O quarto estava com muito cheiro de cigarro, pecaram na limpeza. Fora isso, tudo muito bom.

Adorei! Melhor é o estacionamento gratuito é perto da paulista.

Apartamento limpo, bem localizado, muito seguro. Local diferente das fotografias no site, que apresentavam um quarto mais decorado e mobiliado. As maiores desvantagens são a proibição de receber visitas até mesmo no lobby e inexistência de um local para manter a bagagem (mesmo que pagando) antes do checkin ou após o checkout, o que dificulta para quem possui voo eh horário incompatível. A internet oscilava muito e dificultou o desenvolvimento do meu trabalho.

Ambiente seguro, aconchegante e organizado, porém falta limpeza específica dentro de armários e o cheiro de urina animal estava muito forte! De resto foi bem agradável a estadia

A comunicação é um pouco complicada, não tem como fazer check-in no dia, tem que fazer antes, enviar foto de documentos, etc. O local é como nas fotos, o sofa estava com manchas de sujeira e os travesseiros sobressalentes, com mau cheiro. Ademais, foi uma boa estadia. Poderiam melhorar a qualidade da roupa de cama e cobertas.

Ótima estadia. Quarto bem equipado, confortável. Ótima localização. Super aprovado.

Loft muito bom, bem equipado, espaçoso para duas pessoas, senti falta de mais travesseiros mas isso também não é um pó tô negativo, o local é perto de tudo, 5min de caminhada até a paulista, vale a pena a estádia.
