Prédio novo, apartamento funcional e bem distribuído, rua tranquila e com facilidades comerciais. Boa comunicacao com a plataforma de gestao do apartamento. O reconhecimento facial falhava algumas vezes mas a portaria resolvia bem rápido. Recomendo.
