The crew care about us. With a Honor Mention to Fernanda. She was above the regular service we got from others hotels we have been.

The care they showed up to us was amazing. Fernanda was just FANTASTIC!

Bad smelly towels shocked me...even the really cheap motel doesn't serve smelly towels anymore. Not even 1 bottle of water is free. No coffee is free either. No lotions ...

Bathroom sink was clogged.

Great location, very safe, staff was good but some were not helpful, I paid less than half at ibis and got the same exact thing, room quality and better staff plus the amenities.

This was my fourth time staying at this hotel - the bathroom sink always clogged, the vent in the bathroom never worked, all four times. The shampoo, the conditioner and hand soap containers are ridiculous hard to pump and use them- you guys must change those pump containers- Everything else was great!

Bad breakfast and cleanliness in the rooms

For 1 or 2 nights is an “ok” hotel to stay. I stayed for 13 nights, we discussed many times about the cleaning, the gym is not at the Comfort hotel side, is in the Quality hotel next to them. Early check-in was not available, was given a room with a very dirty shower and no view. Then after complaining they offered to move us to another room with city view, a little bigger but still not good shower. After discussing with the hotel they started to change bed sheets every day and the cleaning improved a little. The hotel offered 1 night discount to apologize for the inconvenience. But it’s not a hotel that I will consider stay in the future. Very expensive laundry fees as well. Breakfast is included until 10am on week days and 10:30am on weekends.

Nice hotel, not fancy but very comfortable. Location is great, across the Shopping center, Quiet and very pleasant place, I do recommend it.

The hotel is new and nice. I just need to check out 2days earlier,and informed hotel.com 2 days ahead. I am still waiting the cancellation confirm.

This stay was very enjoyable! The hotel is brand new. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room is very clean and comfortable. The mattress is a little on the firm side. The breakfast bar was very nice. What you see in the photos is pretty accurate when it comes to the selection. The coffee was VERY good! When I booked this stay, I read that there would be valet parking. When I arrived, no one really explained how the valet parking works. To be fair, I didn't ask. Having never been anywhere in the United States that offers it, I had no idea. I assumed it was a complimentary feature that the hotel offers. That's not the case. There's a small booth near the door operated by a valet parking company working in cooperation with the hotel. It wasn't until I checked out that I was told that I owed money to the valet company for the 14 days of valet parking. Per this site's review rules, I can't say how much it was. But it was a great deal, considering that there's very little on-street parking. The valet parks your car in a parking garage on the same street as the hotel. I can't say with total certainty, but usually, a business like this in Brazil has an on-duty attendant at the entrance to the garage for that added level of security. There is a brand-new shopping mall next to this hotel with an extensive food court. The electrical outlets in the room are all 220. I was able to plug in my iPhone and iPad with no problem. Be aware before plugging-in!

New building, across a big shopping mall, good breakfast, comfortable bed, fast internet.
