Poorly connected light fittings, lock didn’t work, promised room not available, polite at reception but no outcome

Very helpful staff. Need to improve fitness room.

There is same homeless people around the neighborhood, but once you are inside the hotel is totally safe and comfortable, plus your can order dinner online

There is a very high homeless population, near and around the hotel. I was also told on several occasions not to have my phone in my hand outside. Apparently people are snatching cell phones.

Good cost benefit. Breakfast is good. The hotel has a fitness center on the rooftop.

The hotel is old, but that is not the excuse to be in poor condition. The wood frame of the room door was in bad condition, the bathroom has a huge drain on the floor, smells so bad that the bathroom window had to be open all the time, the toilet seat wobbles, the shower room has mould around. The hotel corridor was only lit by sound, total darkness if without sound, scary feeling. Also smells in the corridor. There was no exclusive guest elevator at all. The elevator was very small and slow, and shared with housekeeping. The front desk receptionist speaks little English, making communications extremely hard. We checked in at 6 pm but apparently were not expected. The front desk spent 15 minutes to find a room for us, unbelievable. We requested twin beaded room and were given a single bedded room in the beginning. Hotel is central location, however, one of the most unsafe areas of San Paulo. We learnt until getting there from the taxi driver who took us for the airport that crime rate was very high in that neighborhood. Police was seen on every street around the hotel. We traveled three weeks in central and South America, and this is worst hotel we stayed. If we didn’t prepay for 4 nights, we wouldn’t hesitate to change hotel. The worst hotel ever stayed.

The placed is dated (1950’s?) The door to the bedroom not secure. They lack a single iron and an ironing board in the WHOLE hotel! They don’t supply a bag for laundry, or something to shine shoes, a kettle, teas, hot chocolate, etc. You should think Motel 6 with sheets and a mattress a little better. The breakfast is kind of weak. Only papaya, pineapple, green melon and apples in a country like Brazil with such an array of fruits! They charge 6 reals $1.20 for a small bottle of water from the fridge. ($0.25 at a store). BTW… the water is so “special” that you can’t buy it out of the hotel and replace it in the fridge. The area around the hotel is skid row. Please avoid it at all cost. Don’t want around wearing anything of value. Our Uber driver was mugged at knifepoint -while I was a passenger- the mugger druggy took off with the cellphone that he yanked out of its base in the center of the console.

O quarto estava com o ar condicionado pingando dentro do quarto, não tinha tapetes pra sair do banho, as roupas de cama eram bem gastas. O café da manhã era bom com muitas variedades. Somente os funcionários eram muito solícitos e agradáveis. No geral eu tentaria outras opções antes de voltar para este

Já conhecia o hotel e recomendo pelo serviço, funcionalidades do hotel, funcionários extremamente atenciosos e localização (próximo a estação do metrô, bares, restaurantes, farmácias, entre outros). Não utilizei os serviços de estacionamento, academia e sauna. Sobre o café da manhã achei que poderiam diversificar o cardápio de alguns itens. A vista da sacada para avenida Ipiranga é linda.

Hotel antigo mas reformado . Café da manhã bem gostoso c bastante opção . Só não gostei de ter ficado num quarto com carpet.

Tudo ok dentro da expectativa.

O ar-condicionados não estava funcionando adequadamente, uma lapada queimada na no acesso ao banheiro.

Como associado gold do "Hotéis.com", tenho direito a check in antecipado, porém no caso do hotel Marabá, aconteceu justamente ao contrário. Cheguei às 13h15, o atendente pediu meu cartão de crédito, efetuou a cobrança e me mandou aguardar. Fiquei até as 14h00 na recepção, dai sim me chamaram para fazer meu cadastro e me encaminharem ao quarto.

Quartos aconchegantes e limpos.Café da manhã muito bom.

Hotel perfeito para hospedagem em familia, com bastante conforto, quartos grandes, espaçoso, e bem limpo.

Fiquei 2 noites e o quarto nao foi limpo!!!!
