They really need a renovation. The rooms are very outdated and not very clean as well. As soon as you walk in you can smell the mold. As far as the staff no complaints at all. Precisando de uma reforma urgente. Os quartos são bem antigos e mal conservados, a limpeza pode melhorar também. Assim que você entra sente o cheiro de mofo. Os funcionários são o único ponto positivo.

I lost R50 it fell off my pocket. I traced back my steps and asked a waiter at the restaurant if anyone found it. He responded - I found it by that table and turned in to the manager. I had to insist that he accept R20 as a thanks.

It's a nice hotel, 100 metres from the beach and 2 little blocks from a 24 hour grocery store. Clean rooms, very courteous staff. Spoke or understood Spanish and English, possibly more. Breakfast was a variety of Brazialian foods with fresh fruits, Brazil coffee with hot milk and more. Nice quiet location that is near the pools, a part that has natural pools at the beach.

Atendimento ruim. O recepcionista que me atendeu e o supervisor não deveriam estar no cargo que atuam. O carregador de malas (Flavio) deveria assumir o posto de supervisor, pois esse, sim, tem habilidade de tratar com cliente. Em relação ao quarto, percebi que os móveis são antigos. As janelas vibram muito com o vento ou com as chuvas, fazendo, inclusive, muito barulho. A garagem fica no subsolo e é apertada, além de ser necessário pagar 20 reais por diária. Café da manhã satisfatório. Localização boa. Wifi funcionou durante o uso.

Já havia ficado nesse hotel antes de ser da rede aram, tive problemas de elevador sem funcionar, quase fico preso. Chave cartão magnético que não abria tive que descer 3 x pra resolver. Café da manhã bem inferior, e hospedagem com valor significativo pra oferecer algo tão ruim . Apenas recepção foi reformada pq demais continuam mesmo jeito perguntei sabor do bolo, o cara só disse não sei ao invés de dizer vou saber e te digo . Pedi uma tapioca e demorou muitoooo. Não indico. Fiquei pq achei que tinha mudado.mas pelo jeito mudou só o nome de Canarius palace p aram. E serviço péssimo como sempre
