My requests were ignored. I asked for a room far away from the elevators and the hotel gave me a room next to the elevators and it couldn’t be changed. The hotel said they did not get my request from Expedia. I am very disappointed.

Estadia foi razoável. Limpeza do quarto deixa a desejar, com sinais de mofo no teto do banheiro e nos azuleijos do box do chuveiro, e marcas de sangue no espelho e paredes. No quarto, também havia sinais de mofo nas areas proximas ao banheiro e rodapés. Quarto com baixa iluminação. Água do chuveiro só esteve quente na metade da estadia.
