Hotel London Santarem

Ok hotel on waterfront. But service quality is poor and it is not just language. The night reception fellow spoke enough English once we found him to get us to our room but the woman in the morning had no interest in trying to deal with a foreigner. I speak pretty good Spanish which Brazilians can usually make out. Fortunately, there was a Venezuelan maid who could translate. The hotel receptionist told us Uber did not work there and she had no number to call for a taxi. Fortunately, the Venezuelan let us know that a block away there were often taxis. Both dinner and lunch were horribly slow with staff that did not seem to have any interest in getting meals to the table and the food was mediocre to be kind. Having said this - I don't know whether there are any better solutions if you want to stay near the airport as we did.

Lovely hotel with superb location as it is within 30 seconds from the riverfront The room I stayed was on the smaller than desired but as I was travelling on my own, that wasnot an issue. Very clean, excellent bedding and fabulous shower. Breakfast for all tastes Highly recommended

Hot water wasn't working and the AC turned off in the night!

Chegamos de madrugada e não tinha água mineral para comprar, funcionário foi rude e só disse que a geladeira estava em manutenção e não havia água no frigobar do quarto. Instalações sujas com teia de aranha e o banheiro alaga depois do banho.

Funcionários atenciosos e ótimo café da manhã.

Barulho devido a expansão do hotel dentro do horário comercial e para o quarto que troquei o cheiro não estava bom.

Passei apenas poucas horas no hotel, nem tomei café, inclusive. Mas o hotel foi gentil em guardar um peixe em seu freezer até o horário de minha viagem. O hotel tem ótima localização.

Bem localizado, só acho que deveria dar uma repaginada nos quartos, e colocar um elevador que leve direto até o restaurante

Hospedagem bastante tranquila. O café da manhã é bom e o hotel fica a uma curta caminhada dos principais pontos da cidade. Gostei!

Hotel bem localizado. Cafe da manhã saboroso e diversificado. Quartos novos. Ar condicionado poderia esfriar mais, só que optamos por nao pedir manutenção.

O quarto não possui ventilação, o ar-condicionado não estava funcionando direito, mas passei apenas uma noite e saí cedo. O café da manhã estava bom

Lugar ótimo , perto de tudo , em frente a orla de Santarém, café da manhã é bom e precisa melhorar.

Hotel com boa localização, confortável e com uma bela vista.

O hotel é bom, bem localizado, excelente café da manhã e ótimo atendimentos dos funcionários. Banheiro grande e limpo. O único inconveniente é que se não for uma viagem a negócios não vale a pena pois os quartos não tem vista. Apenas uma janela para a área de ventilação. Se for viagem a passeio você reserva as suítes Masters para ter uma vista.
