Hotel Saint Paul

Piscina estava ótima, quartos bons, café da manhã ótimo.

Stayed 6 nights, no working wifi, front desk didnt do much to help, gave me different passwords but it was the room that had no reaching service, only the last night at almost 10 pm did they decide to tell me to change rooms, didnt do so because saw no point then. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling as well. other than that, the room was confortable.

Large room spoilt by many problems. 4 of 5 lights not working. Air con not working, safe not working. Very noisy with regular loud bang every 20 minutes throught the night. Had to change room at 1am to get some sleep. Could be a great place but isn't. Cleanliness not good bearing in mind covid issue.

This is a very good hotel, I did not go to the pool or sauna area. My biggest concerns were the front desk area does not carry any snacks or drinks it all has to go through the company that manages the restaurant and my concern there was I just could not pick up something in the restaurant from the breakfast I paid for and eat it in my room you had to request and have it delivered. Also, I’m a really particular person about people entering my room without me knowing about it housekeeping did this and there was nothing to put on the door to provide any different type of notification normally housekeeping will knock and if there is no indication that you want service to your room they will leave a note saying they attempted to provide service but no one responded but they do not enter without authorization. I would stay at this hotel again because it has a great location and members of the reception staff speak English but with strict directions that if I need something from housekeeping I will ask for it.

We came back to this hotel because our prior two days in, but the lock of room service and the midnite front desk courtyse i dont think this hotel will be in my list, the bathroom floor were some how dirty, the shower cold water was difficult to manage because it was broken, shower head malfuntion, door key provide didnt work the first time and on our second bedroom AC didnt work the first day, second day room key didnt work beside all this in our room i got charge for the drinks 😡 wow

Our first couple days, this hotel close to airport front desk no second lenguage ! , we choose one queenbed room we were told this hotel dont have one queenbed room wow wrong advertaise? But there is a sign on the desk as well !

Stayed for two nights. Were given a room even though we arrived several hbours before check-in time at no extra cost. In the end we had to stay longer than expected and the hotel offered us a half daily rate which was excellent service. Room was very large with a king size plus bed and usual amenities. Hotel food was really excellent, especially room service. Very inexpensive hotel, 10 minutes from Sao Jose airport. Will definitely stay again.

Great spot. Modern, clean, well equipped, nice location. Even a good spot next door called Bar do Portugues to grab some ice cold beer. Conveniently located on main drag and a few blocks from the 2 main shopping malls in Sao Jose do Rio Preto. My only gripe was that when neighbors ran water in their bathroom, noise in pipes was quite loud. I will stay again......
