For what we paid it was a good hotel, though we were unlucky to be there during unusually cold weather, and the hotel was not equipped to deal with this (heating etc.). It was all pretty basic, but that's what we paid for, so can't complain.

O hotel tem possibilidades de ficar muito melhor. Infelizmente o quarto que eu fiquei era muito mal conservado. Nada que uma pintura e uma reforma não melhorasse. O ponto de localização dele é bom. A limpeza estava boa. O café da manhã era ok. Só mesmo as instalações precisam de reformas urgente.

O hotel está em reforma, então as áreas comuns pareceram meio “bagunçadas” ao chegarmos. Porém, quarto extremamente limpo, café da manhã bem gostoso e funcionários bem atenciosos que nos ajudaram bastante! Fomos para Foz a passeio, então praticamente não ficamos no hotel durante o dia, por isso, para o que precisávamos nos atendeu super bem e o custo-benefício foi ótimo!

Minha experiência com a hospedagem ficou abaixo do esperado. O banheiro apresentava insetos, o que comprometeu a sensação de higiene e conforto. As portas estavam bastante desgastadas e antigas, dando uma aparência de falta de manutenção. Além disso, o café da manhã era muito simples, com poucas opções e sem variedade, deixando a desejar em relação ao que se espera de uma hospedagem. Espero que esses pontos sejam revistos para proporcionar uma experiência melhor aos próximos hóspedes.

Experiência terrível, pior hotel no qual já me hospedei na vida. Banheiro sem papel higiênico. Toalha com cabelo, roupa de cama fedida, travesseiro usado. Simplesmente terrível.preferi perder uma diária que já havia pago do que continuar hospedado nesse lixão.

O hotel é muito bom para você que quer fazer apenas compras no PY, mas para quem deseja desfrutar de Foz do Iguaçu, o hotel deixa a deseja pelo fato da distância que tem do centro, além disso é bem simples. A equipe de funcionários são excelentes, o quarto bem limpo, mas a propriedade está muito danificada e durante a minha estadia estavam fazendo uma obra, como passei o dia fora do hotel não incomodou tanto , mas para quem quer ficar mais tempo desfrutando do hotel isso pode incomodar um pouco.
