Hotel Unique

The service here was top-notch! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by the staff and made to feel at home. Even our dog was pampered with his own bed, bowls, toys, and treats. The hotel is beautiful and we very much look forward to returning!!

What an amazing hotel. Great staff, good location, and amazing pool/restaurant. Would def recommend to stay here if you’re in São Paulo. The architecture of the hotel is amazing (like the rest of SP). The staff was very very friendly, and kept in touch with me all the time when I needed help with restaurant recommendations, or tours, or anything.

My Husband & I Enjoyed Hotel Unique to the Fullest. The staff especially their Concierge Team was Excellent. From the 1st day we reached out to the hotel before our arrival to the day we left they went over & above. With the Carnival in town they really wanted to make sure that we had the Experience & We DID! Hotel Unique is just that, The UNIQUE Hotel!

The name is true! The unusual architecture and artistic features makes this hotel very special and completely unique. We loved the friendly staff and rooftop restaurant. Location next to the park was perfect and it was within walking distance to the congress we were in town for. Great experience!

This was nothing short of a 5 star experience in every way. The check in was so smooth and so easy to communicate with the staff who were ver accommodating in every way. The food was amazing and the spa was beautiful. I spent an entire day there where I was totally pampered and taken care in every way. From ordering me lunch arranging a late check out to be able to stay in the spa all day as well as finding out what time I needed to leave to get the airport and order me a taxi which was waiting for me as soon I finished my last spa treatment. I have never been treated so well by every single staff member. I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you to the entire staff who helped me with every detail.

This hotel was both amazing in the property itself, but more importantly, the whole staff that worked there. They were very accommodating, polite, caring, enthusiastic and just great people. I would recommend the hotel to anyone and will be back myself.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. I was looking forward to a relaxing stay due to an overnight flight connection. I was greeted with a glass of champagne and a warm welcome. I had a reservation at the rooftop restaurant upon my arrival. I was exhausted and wanted a quick gourmet meal. I stated to the server I was looking to return to my room quickly. My main course took an entire hour to be served. The server never placed the order. The meal was delicious so I chose not to complain. Upon my arrival to my room I found the dinning room chair pulled and a meal served on the table. I was startled. I looked at the meal and it was half eaten. I immediately called downstairs inquiring if somebody was in my room consuming a meal. I was told 1/2 hr later it was a mistake from the kitchen. Once again I let it go. I then wake up early to make certain I eat breakfast at 7am so I can make my connecting international flight. I attempt to use my elevator key. I am unable to press the rooftop. I then ask an employee to let me up to the rooftop. He is unable to press the rooftop. He asks for help. The other employee is unable to press the rooftop. We are then told we should walk up the stairs. The stairs are locked. Finally 1/2 hr later I am let up to the rooftop. Leaving me 10 minutes to eat breakfast. In other words, the beautiful architecture and room design were overshadowed by these horrible experiences. Very disappointing.

Every encounter with the hotel team was a reminder of their commitment to impeccable service—whether it was the flawless room cleaning, the attention to detail in room service, or the thoughtful gestures like greeting me in the lobby with offerings of water, coffee, or champagne. Hotel Unique itself is a masterpiece, blending art and architecture in a way that feels like an installation you get to live in. Every visit leaves me in awe, and I truly fear no other hotel could match this level of excellence. I didn’t like when i had to leave because i know how much I’m going to miss it 😩😢😭

Hotel Unique is an amazing newly renovated property that exceeded all expectations. The staff goes above and beyond to welcome and take care of everything from the moment stepped into the hotel with a champagne checkin to the moment of departure. We will not stay anywhere else in São Paulo.

First Class Hotel. The service is excellent. A great experience from check-in to check out. The architecture is beautiful. The rooms are terrific. The convenience of 24 hour room service coupled with a fine restaurant with a nice view are the icing on the cake.
