Everyone and everything was absolutely perfect. From the warm greeting, to the breakfast staff remembering our names from our last visit in July. And the attention to detail in the cleaning of our room was incredible. We will definitely stay again and look forward to seeing everyone again soon.

This will be my first review. After having stayed at the Pulitzer in Amsterdam, and 5 star hotels in Paris, I always aim to get the same experience while traveling Brasil. This hotel is cute, service is by far the best i have ever had anywhere in the world, it feels like you have the whole hotel to your self. Pool area, spa and Gym is fully loaded and amazing, you can reserve these amenities to your self. We did not want to leave, the staff is like family and always there to take care of you. The rooms are amazing, there is nothing negative to say about this place.

We can`t say enough about Hotel Valle D`incanto. The location was ideal, the room nice, food delicious. The breakfast was fabulous...the variety of items, quality was excellent...the hot chocolate (reminds me of the "Polar Express" line referring to the children on the train drinking "hot chocolate as thick as melted chocolate bars") was really sumptious. Probably the highlight, though, was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff...all of the staff. If you are in this part of Brazil don`t miss this opportunity.

O hotel perfeito para quem quer se sentir especial. Desde o pessoal da recepção ao café, passando pela limpeza e serviços gerais. Equipe extremamente atenciosa e prestativa, nos faz sentirmos únicos. O café da manhã é sensacional, servindo desde espumante até ovos beneditinos finalizados na hora com azeite de limão siciliano. O spa, impecável: as meninas foram extremante simpáticas e a massagem foi incrível. O quarto, com amenidades L'occitane, chá ao final da noite com chocolates e arrumação perfeita. Minha 4vez lá e já programando a quinta. Amo demais estar aqui. Não pense duas vezes antes de reservar. Moacir, Cleber e Marli do café da manhã fazem toda a diferença. Michele (salvo engano) da recepção, impecável. Estadia perfeita.

Tivemos uma ótima experiência no hotel! Equipe prestativa e muito atenciosa. Destaco atendimento da Samyra, Bruna, Filipi, Mari, Igor e SR Vilson, que tornaram nossa hospedagem ainda mais especial. Para ser ainda mais inesquecível, poderiam ter solicitado o tamanho de roupão e pantufas para deixar no nosso quarto, pois eram pequenos e não tinham opções maiores quando solicitamos.
