O hotel é bom, os funcionários da recepção são educados, contudo, o serviço de quarto foi péssimo. Nota zero. Eu separei o que era lixo e ainda assim a camareira Jessica assumiu que algo que não era lixo era lixo e jogou fora. Por conta disso, tive uma pessima impressão do hotel. Isso invalidou toda a minha boa experiencia do hotel . Não recomendo deixar nada sem chave ou mesmo o serviço do quarto por ser extremamente desqualificado e jogar fora pertences dos hóspedes.

Local limpo, confortave, bom estacionamento, ótimo cafe da manha incluso, bom atendimento e serviço a la carte no ap. Mas a única e grande queixa é o serviço de WI-FI, que pega muito mal. Tive que usar minha internet de dados durante toda a estadia. Fico lá sempre e essa problema é em todas as ocasiões.

Quarto grande, mas a saleta de entrada foi pouco utilizada. E você precisa levar sua toalha e amenidades para o quarto, pq não colocam lá! Estacionamento muito apertado e difícil de manobrar, especialmente pra quem precisa chegar no 2o subsolo. Café da manhã com variedade, mas falta gente para trabalhar no salão, especialmente limpando mesas. Além disso, aos finais de semana poderiam servir até mais tarde.

O quarto é bem limpo, o café da amanhã é bem completo, porém a internet não funciona. Fiquei hospedado 5 dias e todos os dias eles diziam que estavam tentando resolver a questão da internet no quinto andar, onde eu estava hospedado, mas a internet não funcionou em nenhum dos apartamentos do quinto andar durante todo o período que fiquei hospedado.
