O hotel é ótimo, mas infelizmente o ar condicionado não funciona quando cheguei já tinha água no chão. Voltei do rodeio tentei ligar novamente e nada, mesmo desligando ficou fazendo barulho a noite inteira. Não reclamei na recepção devido ao horário, estava cansado e não iria conseguir atender ninguém para ver isso. Na parede já dá para ver umidade.

It's almost impossible to find any good features in the hotel. Terrible maintenance of hotel rooms (inoperative safe, broken dryer), extremely run-down facilities (fitness room, elevator) and the most horrible thing is the unprofessionalism' of the front desk clerks, I was amazed by their discourtesy and lack of professionalism. It seems they don't know what they are supposed to do, they make lots of mistakes, don't handle problems properly, and very inhospitable. I think the only one reason visitors stay in this hotel is that there's no other hotel nearby. I seriously recommend that you never stay in this hotel, there are many good hotels in the downtown area of the city and it's not far.

This property has a terrible internet, if you need to work in the room, it's going to be a bad experience. Breakfast are is very small, hard to find a place to sit. The bed and room are great, very spacious.

Hotel is perfectly fine if you get a budget rate....Food was fine though not great and one problem was internet wasn't great. Many Brazilian hotels struggle with internet (I test through quality of a skype phone call which was almost impossible)....however the next hotel I was at had AMAZING internet so I had to ding the hotel for the poor internet.

Stay for 4 days during a meeting at Brazil Synchrotron facility nearby, about 9km by car. Need call taxi everyday, about 30Real one way. About 55Real to bus terminal at Campinas which take about 2-hour (31Real) to Sao Paulo airport. Hotel with a tiny swimming pool. Breakfast was good. Not everybody could understand English, and a Japanese Sushi restaurant at Alphaville mall (about 2-minute walk) is worth a try.
