O apartamento é minimalista o que divide os 2 quartos é um armário, o ar condicionado não funcionava muito bem, a internet não funciona, não havia roupa de cama, nem cobertores e travesseiros(não foi comunicado que não haveria), porta do banheiro estourada, geladeira antiga não gela muito bem
