Life Hotel Torres

O hotel precisa de uma boa reforma, o local do "spa" esta acabado, sujo, com varias coisas quebradas, super descuidado. O hotel tem chaves antigas, nao tem "cartão" de abrir e fechar as portas..as tolhas são velhas, moveis velhos, cafe da manha sem climatização, o buffet demora na reposição, maquinas velhas.. esse nunca mais

Likes: 1. Comfortable bed 2. 3 Nice Jacuzzis 3. Very convenient down town location 2/3 blocks from the beach. Dislikes: 1. Room needs a paint and rust stains in sink. 2. Nickle and dimes you; Charges for parking $30 Reais ( $ 7 dollars )and cannot pay with credit card also charged to use the Jacuzzi $ 10 reais ( $ 3 dollars) per hour. 3. Bathroom really really small. So/so: 1. Staff not to friendly but not overly rude either and failed to give me a receipt. 2. Breakfast has limited hot food choices especially compared to holiday inn and eggs were very waterty. Pastrys, bread,.youtert were all good.

Our stay was pleasant after some problems at arrival. We bought a half board rate, but at arrival we were informed by the hotel that they do not offer half board via online booking. After talking to the manager and the reservation centre they kindly agreed to include dinner during our stay, which by the way was an excellent buffet with a variety of dishes every night. Be aware when booking! Another surprise was that the hotel does not have free parking; it is paid and run by a valet parking mostly off-site (in our case the car had to stay outdoors in the sun for the 4 days stay!). The last downside were the two lifts that were always busy and very slow, so be prepared to take the stairs. The spa (Jacuzzis) is also paid and need to be booked 24h or less in advance for a 1hour slot. Apart from that, the food was excellent, staff polite and helpful, location very good and room clean and comfortable (with minibar).

It wasn't as good as I spected. The pictures in the Web show a more confortable hotel than it really is. The only thing that I liked was the breakfast, it offers a variety of meals.

Tudo otimo nada a reclamar

O quarto era otimo e muito limpo. Funcionários sempre solicitos e um cafe da manhã excelente. O ponto negativo é que para utilizar o estacionamento do hotel tem que pagar 40 reais por dia a parte.

Foi totalmente incrível a estadia, hotel totalmente bem localizado, funcionários excepcionais e um ótimo café da manhã muuuuito bem servido. Além de estar há uns 10mins de caminhada da praia

Porta da varanda do ap 203 batia com o vento e o banheiro com o piso sem caimento para o ralo inundava no banho.

Café da manhã muito bom, o quarto mais ou menos, falta manutenção, as cortinas estão ruins, o ar faz bastante barulho.

Hotel decadente, persianas mofadas, janelas trancadas, cheiro de mofo e naftalina. Equipe prestativa e simpática. Mas a estrutura bem ruim.

Quarto bom ,ar condicionado bom , café bom , só deixa a desejar na limpeza dos ambientes

O café da manhã era maravilhoso e a equipe muito cordial, porém a infraestrutura da acomodação deixa a desejar, evidenciando falta de manutenção no hotel. Itens no quarto como saboneteira quebrada, fechadura do quarto que não funciona e fica trancada, obrigando a trocar de quarto por conta disso e elevador lento. A garagem é tercerizada com um valor alto pelo serviço prestado, na opção de diária, além de não ter vaga para todos os hóspedes, o local tem paquímetro, então gera um transtorno não ter onde estacionar o carro.

Quarto limpo, mas não era o que escolhi, café da manhã excelente e ar condicionado de parede e muito barulhento. Equipe prestativa, cobraram estacionamento, mesmo sendo na garagem do hotel.

A equipe de funcionários muito boa, gentis, educados e solícitos. Café da manhã muito bom, gostoso, muita variedade e bem servido. Local espaçoso. O quarto é péssimo e estava com uma parede que teve infiltração. O banheiro é muito apertado. Roupa de cama parecia suja. Móveis estragados. Cama confortável. TV e sinal wi-fi bons. Limpeza boa.
