The first day we arrived, the phone system and the wifi wasn’t working. Pretty much unsafe in case we needed to contact the front desk. The washroom had a clogged sink and a very small shower. A front desk staff called Isabela was very professional and willing to solve wifi/tv which was very difficult to operate. There was a glass door fridge in the bedroom with a light inside that we had to use a towel to cover the glow. What a bad idea.

This hotel is located in a quiet neighbouring and provides good quality of stay for guest. But if you want more cheerful area with more things going on it’s Paulista av. wi fi in a hotel is free but terrible as almost no connection. Had constant leak in a shower cubicle resulting in a paddle on the bathroom floor every day. It was dried and cleaned by the staff but how about fixing it once and for all? But all in all it’s a good place to stay with good daily breakfast.

The place was clean, and the breakfast was excellent with a great setup. I would definitely return in a heartbeat. The only area that needs improvement is the pool— the water wasn't very clean. Other than that, the reception staff was young but very helpful. They took the time to assist with my luggage when there were no other customers waiting. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the area. It's a wonderful neighborhood, and I had a great experience overall. Thank you

We loved this hotel, everyone was very nice and it wasn’t hard to communicate what we needed. The food was also very good. Breakfast was included and it was so nicely presented. I give it a ten, also helped that we had a balcony

Had a very pleasant stay, is close to a metro station and its only a 15/20 min walk to Ibirapuera Park. Staff was kind and the room was spacious and clean! Overall a great experience

The room floor was pretty dirty. The bathroom had humidity all over the walls. The shower box would leak water. The shower head had mold and one of the shower handles was broken (cap off). We ended up leaving the property on the next morning.

Very disappointed with the maintenance of this building. Mattress not comfortable and the tablet bowl was detaching from the floor when sitting. Staff all amazing and very helpful and breakfast time amazing and fresh fruits and food all the morning I was there.

I came very early and the apartment they gave to me was dirty, no towels and the bed a support broken. Then they changed to other “ply” meaning the same thing just renew the room and charge the difference. They are taking advantage and given room to Expedia costumer that aren’t ready and not remodeling. I don’t think it is fair because it is the same twin beds. Just because it’s painted and cheap. Also the bathroom Rialto bowl shakes when you sit in it. Unfortunately it is Christmas, I made a long trip and I have to stay, in order to get close to my relatives houses. The area it is phenomenal with restaurants and shops! Their breakfast really good! I believe they should put more attention for supervision maintenance. The staff are amazing and always trying to help. The corporate should supervise all the rooms constantly

The property is in very good shape. The employees are courteous. Just beware that when you see the picture for the twin bed it’s 2 twin beds. It’s not a full or a queen with a twin little bed .Strange for an upscale hotel to have two twin beds in a room, but I guess it’s Brazil.
