Nikkey Palace Hotel

This hotel has been around for somw time and probably one of the best in the Japanese district in São Paulo. It jas been remodeled and it has improved but not quite to the high standards you can find elsewhere. However, it is comfortable and cant beat its location. The breakfast is included but the Japanese style breakfast is below par.

Huge disappointment. Not worth to value

The reception is very disrespectful and unhelpful to guests. Cleaning is not enough. Not worth the price

I don't think the sheets in the rooms are changed after each customer. Cleaning is not good. It's not worth the money you pay. Also, the people at the reception are very rude and refuse to help you in any way. During my stay here, I didn't get any support I needed from the reception, and even though I stated that I didn't use the minibar when I checked out, they made me wait 10 minutes for the attendant to check it, causing me to be late for the airport and pay an extra waiting fee for Uber. The reception is rude and disrespectful. I don't understand how people like this work here.

Terrible service and property overall.

Property is a little older and is a good location. 5-8 minute walk to the Metro, a lot of good Japanese restaurants close by. Didn’t try other flavors in the area.

The property located at the major Japanese town with a lot good restaurants but the property is very old and condition is not as good as photos.

Terrible. Never seen bad attitude staff specially hotel front desk for check out. Wrong invoice and takes 10 min for correction... never...

Pros: good location, breakfast with western and eastern options, nice and polite staff Cons: Old room, mold in the bathroom (but no strong smell though), bad sound insulation.

A lot of restaurants and stores on the same street. Everything was good except I hear the dogs barking from early morning to midnight from a nearby apartment during my 6-day stay. I stayed in the same hotel in 2015 and 2018, and hear dogs barking too from outside.

This was a nice, inexpensive, but bare bones hotel in the heart of Sao Paulo. The staff was friendly, the room clean. It was a little spartan, but a nice enough place. I'd stay again.

Nothing special, just average accomodation

I stayed here for two nights and had a great experience. The hotel is in a good location, plenty of great restaurants and stores nearby. The staff were very friendly and also catered for me as I can not speak Portuguese. I had a great stay here and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location is perfect. Nearby we find good restaurants and Asian shops. Staff is really gentle and attentive. I’ve missed a gym.

Room was not even available for checkin when we came at 2. They said only 1 room was available. We waited a while, and our rooms weren’t even on the same floor. We also have a problem with one of the room as it kept getting clogged. After the 2nd complain, we were given a new room that kept smelling like gasoline.
