Nord Luxxor Sapucaia

The hotel is in a great spot with everything we need shopping, restaurants and is just across of the street is the beach and the best part the WiFi in the hotel is great.

I stayed at the Nord Luxxor Tambaú for a full week for a conference. The accommodations were excellent. I found my room to be clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. I got sick during my stay and they were responsive and kind. There were staff members that spoke English which also was helpful for me. The rooftop pool area was lovely. It has a beautiful view of the whole local coastline and extraordinary breezes from the ocean. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends and would come back if I visit João Pessoa again.

We stayed at the Nord Luxxor Tambaú for six nights and would highly recommend it to anyone staying in João Pessoa. Check-in was straightforward and easy and we were kindly accomated with an English speaking staff member as we have no Portuguese. Our room was fantastic - an air-conditioned oasis! It was very clean with a huge, comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom that works very well (you need a 2-pin adapter for 220v for the sockets to use your own appliances). The wardrobe in the room was quite small and bear in mind there is no kettle or tea/coffee making facilities in the bedroom (this seems standard practice in Brazil). There is room-service available, but we did not order anything. There is no iron in the bedroom but clothes can be laundered and pressed for a small fee. The WiFi is very good throughout the hotel, you login with details specific to your stay. By far and away we enjoyed the rooftop pool, which overlooks the beach, the most of all. We went every day (sometimes twice a day!) and were often the only people there (we stayed in early October). The hotel is restaurant is lovely and good value. Breakfast is a generous spread which rotates from one day to the next. The staff at breakfast and in the restaurant are particularly nice. Check-out was quick and easy and they kindly stored our bags for free for the day until we were leaving for the airport.
