Everything you’d want in a short stay hotel

The price for the room was very affordable and the location is nice too. Contrary to the bad reviews, our stay at the hotel was great. Not sure what the deal was with all the bad reviews.

The price is right and includes breakfast More on that later. The staff ranged from super helpful and making the effort to some acting like they are being inconvenienced that you walked up to their desk. The standard queen room was small and sterile. But the AC worked like a xhamp

I did the 4 day bus from Sao Paulo to Manaus and there was no question that this where I wanted to stay. I've stayed here before and love it. Great staff, great location, great price, elevators, great water pressure in the shower. I absolutely love staying here.

Nice property if a bit tired. There were no clothes hangers No safe in the room Bed was comfortable Shower was good but likely to leak into the toilet area. Aircon very effective Breakfast was very good

The lift was always breaking, toilet ceiling was leaking, shower head was broken and water was going everywhere but underneath it. Air conditioner was very noisy, specially because there were 3 per floor on the same outside wall, right by the window. Very bad experience. I will never go back.

DO NOT BOOK HERE! we showed up and they didn’t have a room for us. Expedia did nothing about it and told us to find a new place ourselves. No refund for the stay. The front desk people gave me a email to send for a refund. Completely ignored. They basically took our money and made us find a new place.

This place had roaches and the bathroom doorknob feel off

The location is fine, the hotel is rundown, staff are ok. We had issues with the room we ve been placed, but thanks to Israel it could be sorted. He was the one making sure we had a good time and had our needs attended.

Pool was non-operative. The workout room only TWO pieces of equipment that actually worked. Just 20 kilo of hand weights. GREAT breakfast. Overall good for the money, BUT need to fix amenties.

The place is full of roaches and looks nothing like the pictures. The pictures are from 10 years ago. The entire hotel smells like mold. Stay here if you want to feel dirty the whole time. The air and wi fi weren’t working we had to change rooms 3 times to get air. The sheets were all stained even with blood stains. They promise wi do except it never works. A full refund would be the bare minimum. I have pictures to prove all of this. The toilet seat was so close to the wall in the first room they assigned us that you had to poop sideways. We killed 5 roaches on day one and then I stopping keeping count. The place is super noisy. I emailed Hotels.com about it and messaged about it and they never even replied. I will never be staying here again or using hotels.com terrible service. The hotel staff is very rude. As they were showing us the room the hotel employee attempting to sneakily step on and kill a roach that was running across the room like if I didn’t see it.

We booked two rooms.After dinner, we returned to our room, but the key didn't work. We called the front desk, and someone came to fix the issue. However, despite their best efforts, the door wouldn't opened. We waited in the hallway for an hour and 45 minutes. We got soaked and wet in the hallway due to the high temperature. We were concerned about our flight because the flight schedule had changed and we couldn't check in online. We needed to leave the hotel by 11:00 pm at the latest. We didn't have time to shower, packed our belongings, and rushed to the airport. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. The worst experiences that we ever had.

Very bad experience overall. From check in to check out, the staff at the front desk should not be in customer service at all. Very grumpy people and would not answer questions. We arrived at the hotel to find out that our reservations was not in their system. Even after showing my email confirmation and my receipt (I paid everything up front) they wouldn’t make any effort to solve the problem. We waited for over and hour for the manager to call them from an office I supposed, so they could do something about it. As I was talking to front desk staff, asking questions, they would literally turn they back and walk way, and I could see them in a different room laughing and playing ok their phones. Room cleanness is also a no at this hotel. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Horrible experience.

The hotel has no air conditioning in the hotel lobby. Pool was under maintenance our entire stay 4 days. AC noisy in the room. No shampoo or conditioner in room.

Extended my stay here again! Great location. Great hotel. Great staff. Great rooms. Love the breakfast.
