Close to beach, convenient and close to lots of bars and restaurants, staff was very helpful. Could be cleaner but you get what you pay for here, not unhappy with the stay at all

Mixed Experience: Excellent Staff, But Disappointing Infrastructure I had mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. On the positive side, the staff was absolutely excellent—friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my visit. Their service was the highlight of my experience. Unfortunately, the hotel’s infrastructure left much to be desired. The facilities felt outdated and not well maintained. It was surprisingly difficult to access clean towels, which was frustrating and unexpected. Another concern was the behavior of some guests. At times, they were loud, disrespectful, and, in a few moments, made the environment feel uncomfortable and even a bit unsettling. Overall, while I deeply appreciated the efforts of the staff, I hope the hotel takes steps to improve its infrastructure and guest environment moving forward.

Worst hotel I have been. The rooms are falling apart and the bed is so uncomfortable that I couldn’t sleep during my stay. They don’t provide the basics (no blanket, no hand towel, only one thin pillow). I DO NOT recommend this hotel at all.

Worst Hotel Experience – Avoid at All Costs! I wish I had something positive to say about this hotel, but unfortunately, my experience was awful from start to finish. • Outdated and Poorly Maintained: The hotel is extremely outdated, and the rooms lack even the most basic necessities. • No Proper Bedding: There were no blankets, just a thin bedsheet that barely covered the mattress. • Minimal Towels: For two guests, we were given only one towel—no face towels, no extras. • Security Concerns: The door didn’t seem secure, and when I went to the front desk to complain, the staff was unbelievably rude and dismissive. • Faulty Amenities: The TV barely worked, there were exposed electrical cables, and the shower drain was clogged, causing water to back up every time we used it. This hotel was a complete disappointment. I would never stay here again and strongly advise others to book elsewhere!

Excellent location. The hotel is in terrible shape. It needs to be renovated. Until then, I do not recomend it to anyone.

Staff spoke English and was trying to be nice. Place is a dirty, run down sh… hole!

O banheiro apresentou um vazamento e não resolveram, e ainda pediram para nós procurarmos o pessoal da limpeza para tentar amenizar a situação, para que a gente conseguisse tomar um banho. Além disso, a falsa cama de casal (dois colchões de solteiro em um lençol) ficava se abrindo toda hora.

Os comodos achei bem antigos, precisando de uma boa reforma.

Quarto mal higienizado, com mofo, pintura estragada, cama pouco confortável. Extrema dificuldade de comunicação, não se consegue falar com a recepção (não há interfone nos quartos nem telefone na recepção).

O hotel é bem aconchegante, café da manhã bom também. So tenho uma queixa em relação ao chuveiro do banheiro que é uma estrutura antiga mas funciona bem. Atendimento perfeit!

De modo geral as acomodações deixam a desejar, a maçaneta da porta do quarto não fechava por fora, apenas com a chave, a descarga do banheiro deu problema diversas vezes e o elevador também. Outro ponto negativo é a limpeza do quarto, as toalhas são substituídas apenas a cada dois dias, e em algumas vezes nem isso. Saímos colocando a plaquinha solicitando arrumação e ao retornarmos apenas o lixo do banheiro havia sido recolhido.

Hotel mal cuidado, cheira a mofo, colchões sujos, toalhas rasgadas, insalubre. Precisa ser denunciado para Anvisa.

O quarto duplo não teve a opção de vista para praia.
