Flat agradável, não deixa nada a desejar; Apenas o clube Jardins precisa melhorar muito (piscinas muito suja, Águas forte mal cheiro (próximo cheiro de esgoto)), bordas das piscinas encardidas, péssimo serviço de alimentação (jantinha sem arroz, o pior que já experimentei), banheiros com janelas pra rua onde quem passa vê dentro
