Rumah Pousada

Maravilhosa!!! Tudo perfeito, desde o atendimento inicial até o ultimo dia...muito atenciosos, e simpaticos. Nada é tao valioso quanto tomar o café da manha com pé na areia, literalmente dentro da praia. Super recomendo, e ainda tem um restaurante com a comida perfeita! E amei a região, as praias, os passeios...com certeza voltarei e me hospedarei novamente na Rumah. Parabéns a toda equipe!!!

Rumah Pousada is a quiet, intimate place to stay away from the crowds in the Taipu de Fora area. The entire facility was purchased and remodeled last year. My room had all new amenities, including very quiet A/C, but had traditional charm, such as the beautiful original doors. it's a small number of units, so it's a very mellow vibe. it's right on the beach, which appears to go for miles in either direction. i saw very few people in my long walks on the beach. The beach in this area is all sandy bottom, so swimming was good. The owner, Rafael, was truly concerned about his guests' enjoyment. A native Brazilian, he spoke fluent English. It seemed important to him to get to know his guests, without being intrusive. He offered advice and helped coordinate an outing for me. It's not close to the typical tourist spots or stores, but there are some resorts that have restaurants close by. The restaurant closest to the pousada was very good. i would enjoy staying here again.
