Studio Avanhandava

La propiedad está bien ubicada, no tuvimos ningún problema a la llegada, lo único es que suguiero mejorar algunos detalles, toallas muy viejas e insuficientes, pocos artículos de cocina, y almohadas extras, igualmente cobijas, tuvimos frío.

I had a good stay. The studio is clean and well equipped with everything you need. Close to restaurants, grocery stores and other activities. The building is safe and well maintained.

It's ok, just that we were put in an apartment right next to the street. The street has some restaurants and bars, so it can be noisy on the weekends

The room reserved was not the same they gave me ! My room never was ready ! The check in too late (14hrs) and the check out too early (10am)! I asked for early check in and the Studio ignored my request ! The pictures on website totally lies ! I wouldn’t recommend it

I'm not a complainer much, and the room was acceptable, but, a number of things made it a 5/10. 1) Shade in living room wasn't working. Not a huge deal, but couldn't look out, couldn't block light. 2) One of the louder hotel rooms I've stayed in that is not a tent. The main sliding window doesn’t seal closed, and you’re only on the 4th floor, so you hear all the street noise, live music, cars honking. It sort of sounds like the window is just, open.... Now, I live in a city, and am used to it - but I'd recommend ear plugs and going to bed late to minimize the issue. I slept with my noise canceling ones actually. 3) Since this isn't a true hotel, but just apartments rented out, the check in process is a bit strange. My friend screwed up and didn't email his passport in advance, which was our fault. 4) Washer / Dryer on the the -2 floor. You'll need to buy tokens at the front desk, and there is no detergent, so, buy that too. There is a glass door that no one appears to have the key for that goes back to the elevator - so I walked up the car driveway two floors to the street. 5) Futon is not the type you would actually want to sleep on. When you unfold it, there is a big metal bar in the middle, so, I just slept on it while in 'couch mode'. It's fine in that regard, but you're not getting an actual bed. 6) Pillows didn’t have pillow covers, so slept on bare ones. No sheets for the futon either. Again, not terrible, but certainly not what is advertised

A localização é boa. O Studio poderia ter uma cama melhor e ser melhor equipado. Toalhas ruins, roupas de cama encardidas. E muitas restrições de uso das roupas de cama e toalhas, cobranças extras etc. mas tem a vantagem de ter portaria 24 horas.

Studio bem localizado, com opções de compras, restaurantes e lazer. Ambiente bem controlado (tivemos apenas uma intercorrência quanto ao visitante e a liberação da entrada, mas depois foi ajustado). O apartamento estava limpo (ambiente/ lençóis e toalhas) e utensílios domésticos foram super úteis, senti falta apenas de um liquidificador. Os funcionários foram ótimos no período da estadia. A academia estava em ótimas condições. O local se mostrou seguro em todos os horários que saímos.

Apartamento bom e que atende ao que se propõe. Apenas sugiro realocar o detector de fumaça, que fica muito próximo da boca do fogão e que acaba sendo acionado pela fumaça decorrente da comida.

A localização é muito boa! Adorei a rua! Parece até uma vilinha! Mas não gostei dos utensílios do apartamento, cafeteira péssima, omeleteira inútil entre outras coisas que não servem pra nada ou são muito velhas!

Chuveiro quase não esquenta com o tempo frio. Baratinhas andando pelo quarto. Sofá cama desconfortável. Até o papel higiênico do mais barato possível.

Comunicação efetiva e constante (orientações claras e check-in rápido), localização excelente (fácil acesso a metro e pontos de interesse na cidade) e acomodação satisfatória, limpa e aconchegante.

Akilê tem sido excelente. Tenho hábito de me hospedar no Studi Avanhandava e recomendo com segurança.
