The grounds, the staff, and the ambiance of this hotel is very pleasing, especially considering it is only three stars. The restaurant was open late and I was able to eat when I arrived late, and very good food was served there. The pool area seemed both private and fun looking, and it included a slide into the water which is sure to please the kids. The rooms themselves, however, were a bit of letdown. The mattresses were low and uncomfortable, there was no desk, and only one free electrical socket to use. The air conditioner didn't seem to operate well, making odd noises all night and making it difficult to sleep.

This hotel company is very unorganized. Communication between staff members is non-existent. We had several issues that they promised to resolve but never communicated the issues within their staff so we had to continually start over trying to explain problems. We booked here because they advertised a gym and a hot tub on the website, both of which we not in service for the entire 10 days of our stay when we arrived. The breakfast was stale and reused daily. Not one single staff member speaks any words of English, not a good feature for a supposed tourist attraction. The beds were hard as rocks and the hallways had a smell of rotten eggs and mold. The shower leaked water all over the floor. The toilets didn't flush properly due to lack of water pressure. Overall it was a huge disappointment and I would never ever return here.

Fomos várias vezes e, dessa última vez, descobrimos que a piscina aquecida foi desativada. Sempre íamos por causa dela… uma pena que não funciona mais e era o diferencial dos outros hotéis.
