Ville Celestine Hotel

It's a lovely property. Clean, helpful staff, very nice breakfast. The surrounding location feels safe. I have stayed here twice now and enjoyed both trips. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great property. It would be helpful if check in staff knew English. Also Woolf be helpful to have English signage on the property. Also have smart tv in the rooms with access to English programming.

This hotel has an amazing view of the city on the 20th floor and is a spectacular reason to stay at this hotel. The pool is also on the balcony!!

Super close to the Central church where I was attending the Global Awakening conference! It was a Grey place and huge room!!

The room was really nice and clean, We’ve got everything we need, And it’s nice view in our room.

I have been staying at this hotel for a few years now and I was disappointed to see that the hotel is starting to look run down and in need of upkeep. The rooms are spacious, with the usual amenities and washing machine, which is a bonus when you have been travelling for a few weeks and need to do your laundry. The hotel should offer chargeable drinks in the fridge. I like the location and the hotel staff are pleasant and helpful. I had problems with the tv in the room and it was not replaced. I returned to the hotel a few days later and was given a different room and the tv in that room had the same issue, which was not put right once again. I hope they bring the hotel back up to standard by my next visit.

I spent 3 days at the hotel and cannot recommend it highly enough. The rooms are very large and are more like a studio apartment than a hotel room, with a small kitchen area with large fridge freezer, washing machine, cupboards, etc.; two separate living areas, one with a sofa and TV and one with a round table and four chairs. The facilities are quite modern and well looked after. Parking facilities are free of charge and finding a place is not a problem. I look forward to staying at the Ville Celestine Condo Hotel & Eventos again in future trips. This is now my hotel of choice in Belo Horizonte.

Gostei do tamanho do apartamento, com quarto, mini cozinha, maquina de lavar e secar roupas, dois banheiros, meza de jantar, sofá cama. Café da manha muito bom. Comodidade e segurança com estacionamento. Acho que pode melhorar um pouco as condições de estrtutura, pois o piso vinilico da suite estava um pouco solto, os penduradores de toalhas do banheiro estavam mal colocados na parede e caiu.

Tudo muito satisfatório, hotel bem estruturado, área de lazer maravilhosa, café da manhã bom, só os pães que sempre estavam duros, porém com bastante variedade. Voltaria a me hospedar outras vezes

O hotel pelas fotos é muito bonito. Parece aconchegante e está bem localizado. No entanto, a experiência lá dentro não é boa. Meu quarto (904) tinha o piso solto. Diversas peças do piso estavam frouxas, diversas é igual a mais da metade. O ar condicionado da suíte fazia tanto barulho de coisa agarrando que não deu pra usar. Ficou desligado. Pena que não dá pra colocar vídeo aqui. Gravamos de tão absurdo. Mas o pior foi o atendimento. O atendimento é péssimo. A recepção no meu check in parecia que era ocupada por pessoas que odeiam o que fazem. Depois do check in fui na rua e ao retornar fui me organizar pra tomar uma ducha e minha esposa eparou que uma toalha estava suja e uma outra tinha manchas escuras nas bordas (como se fosse sangue seco). Liguei na recepção, expliquei a situação e pedi novas toalhas. A resposta foi de que não tinham serviço de camareira e que eu deveria ir buscar na recepção. Não busquei. Usei a suja mesmo. No dia seguinte cedo pedimos novamente por telefone para fazerem a troca, a recepção disse que ia solicitar pra levarem. Não levaram. Ligamos de novo. Disseram que iam reforçar. Não levaram. Usamos novamente as toalhas que já estavam, e saímos. No retorno as toalhas estavam lá. Enfim... O café é bom, a localização é boa, mas o atendimento é péssimo, o ar cond. não dá pra usar e o piso precisa de reparo urgente. Tinham outras coisinhas de detalhe, mas nada tão gritante. Pelo preço (+700/dia) não vale mesmo. Tem outros melhores por menos.
