Good value for money with really friendly staff. Slight issue with the plumbing in my room and the air con was temperamental. Overall it was a good experience

This hotel rating is misleading. It has a score of 8/10 but the rooms are awful. Everything is old...beds, sheets, towels....worse hotel i have ever stayed at booking through Expedia. Tv had no access to the internet, nor cable tv. However, the staff was nice.

Limited dining, far from everything, limited resources for rooms, no ice machine, etc

It’s a great to stay as Bussiness traveler . The internet inside the rooms, is really bad. They need to improve the internet.

Great staff and the hotel itself is not bad for the price. The problem is the location, this hotel is situated in a very dangerous part of Rio. My Uber driver who picked me up couldn’t believe we were staying in that part of town. Uber wouldn’t pick up from there either I’m assuming because it’s a bad area.

I was supposed to arrive on Monday, there was a delay and just got there on Tuesday. Them I was told that there was no room for me because I was supposed to have arrived on Monday.at The reception I was told I had to pay again. Finally they sort it out. But I was stressed out.

Always stay at this hotel 🏨 whenever I have business to do at Baixada Fluminense. To avoid traffic from city center. It’s a very good Hotel.

Great 3 Star Hotel. The staff are good and food also.

We booked the "Honeymoon suite" with the jetted tub and it was a total waste of money. The tub works but the water does't get hot, just slightly warm. We asked the staff to turn up the heat and their response was "this is HOT for us in Rio, but maybe not hot where you come from" LOL. The sink leaked all over the floor, there was a terrible smell coming from the the drain in the bathroom, that made the entire room smell like sewage! We were on the 1st floor and the noise from the hotel garage next door made it very difficult to sleep. It's also not a very good location, far from everything and they changed the name of the hotel, so taxi drivers have a hard time finding the place. The food was decent and that's about all.

A good business week. The hotel is clean and have made improvements. Lift etc Some of the new staff need more training. Overall ok

Great check in and the front desk is trying hard. Flexible dealing. Will come back, breakfast is very good

The hotel is good, breakfast great, parking easy and front desk helpful. However few of the other staff need to understand the difference between the Vogue Hotel and the Motel. I had a really great time. Will be back as I believe it will get better. Carlos from London UK🇬🇧
