Ok stay but confusing name with nearby hotel, bit old facilities, weak wifi in room

Trams are right outside the hotel entrance and start before 5am and run till the early hours of the morning

Nice city centre hotel with breakfast included. Pricing is very reasonable.

Great location for visiting Sofia. Five minutes from all the restaurants and pedestrian boulevard.

It was ok. Good breakfast. However the power outlet was in the hall and not next to the bed. The power outlet that was at the desk was covered due to a panel of the desk.

The tram noise is shocking as the hotel should have triple glazing to stop the noise. Outdated decor in poor condition. Staff were very good though.

Black mold in bathroom ..rooms not updated in decades....nice staff but i would not stay here.

Rocentro hotel was nice to stay. Staff all friendly. Our stay was good here as all amenities are all nearby. Thank you.

Hotel is centrally located right along the main street. It was noisy due to the city train/tram passing by until 10pm. Property has an old charm feel. Breakfast was excellent.

I recently spent 2 nights at the Rocentro Hotel in Sofia, Bulgaria. This is a small hotel, but the location is good, one can walk from there to Sofia city center. The rooms were rather dated. No English TV. Also the bathroom could have been cleaner, mold around some of the tiles. Amenities are almost non-excistant. The hairdryer is the ancient type with a hose and takes forever to dry ones hair. Breakfast was adequate, nothing special, but enough to start the day. The coffee machine dispensed a fairly decent cappuccino. From the online description there is a bar, but what they consider a bar was laughable. Behind the hotel is a restaurant and another one across the street named Mamin Kolio. This is a lovely place with Bulgarian country decor, Bulgarian music and good food. There is also a convenient store close to the hotel and several takeouts. The lady at reception was very nice, pleasant and above all helpful. She even offered to help me with my luggage to the taxi.

The room I was in smelt really bad of damp and mold, so much so that I had to leave as I couldn’t sleep at all, the WiFi was also terrible. Definitely shouldn’t be classed as a 3 star hotel.

An older type hotel that has not stood the test of time. The water in the shower took at least 5 minutes to get to a medium temperature and the pillows should have been replaced years ago. On the plus side, it is actually good value for money for those on a budget and the breakfast was plentiful.

The location is very good, breakfast was also very enjoyable, helpful and friendly staff. The hotel itself is a bit old, but was a good experience overall

Excellent base to experience Sofia, short cab or tram ride from the train and bus stations. Strong shower and wifi. Clean and secure. Breakfast a bonus. Staff very helpful. Recommended.

The carpet had some bad stains on it, so could have done with a clean and the pillows were thin (we did find some thicker pillows in the wardrobe), otherwise it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Good location and breakfast was decent to say it was free.
