Check-in and check-out were quick and painless. The room is nice, clean, with a small balcony where you can sit. The surrounding area is filled with shops, basic facilities, and a morning market that boasts many breakfast choices! Centrally located, near Naga World 2 (in case you want to experience the Chinese entertainment complex). Overall, a good stay for a decent price.

Staffs are friendly however during my stay from Monday till Thursday,no housekeeping came....and the air-conditioning is not cold in room I stayed. Breakfast is ok, very simple. Overall that's the only issue I had otherwise everything is fine

Great stay, good location, but only “one” thing. The two rooms we booked were not friendly for the elderly and those with mobility issues. If you do not have any physical limitations, then I recommend this hotel.

The location and facilities were good. There was no hot or warm water for the three days I was there - and despite being told to run the water longer it didn’t work. The front desk staff felt like a group of teenagers huddled around the front desk on their phones. It was hard to know who actually worked there. The restaurant was closed Saturday and Sunday for no apparent reason. I chose this based on reviews and was disappointed. Housekeeping ladies were lovely!
