What Guests Say About Their Stay

First time staying at Adara. It’s not fancy, but our room was very comfortable and clean: warm lighting (not super bright), fake electric fireplace (cozy ambiance), “wood” veneer surfaces (def not high-end but consistent aesthetic throughout the unit). Ample storage hooks and drawers. One important thing to note: parking appears to be quite limited. It’s also a bit awkward getting in because the front desk needs to open the garage door remotely for you, requiring a stop inside to let them know you need entry. The location is excellent, though.

Very convenient location. Wanted a room upgrade, staff helped quickly and with no problem for low cost. Very happy with my stay here.

The front desk service was very poor. The staff appeared forced to work and unwelcoming. I’ve visited Whistler many times and stayed at hotels such as Pinnacle, Summit, Listel etc, and this was by far my worst experience. While the room was clean and comfortable, the overall experience was disappointing. The restaurant staff was helpful and nice. A small observation with the TV. Is too small for the distance from the bed.

Wonderful staff in a great location close to the ski lifts and in the heart of the village. That being said it is loud at night and you will hear the thumps of the clubs and people late into the night.

We would have enjoyed our stay had it not been for excessive noise from a nightclub located directly below the hotel. If you’re going to be out until 2am, this may be the perfect hotel for you. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway, try booking a mountain view room (staff suggested this) or look elsewhere. The room, location and staff were all good aside from the noise level.

The first room we stayed in was super unclean with horribly dim lighting. Felt like we were in a motel. Sheets were full of hair. Luckily we switched rooms and the next room was much better. Receptionist was very rude and had an attitude the whole time, didn’t even apologize for the terrible room. But the night-receptionist was very kind and helped us a lot.

I would like to find out the name of the Lady working the front desk. I will call and find out because it’s obvious she’s unhappy with her job. Zero ability to interact with guests. Called for her to open the Garage Door then to unfortunately meet her at the desk with her looking up momentarily when we entered. Don’t expect any service. Lower your expectations to a 5/10 for literally everything and you’ll be content with your stay. Also if you have a family there’s night club directly downstairs so Friday and Saturdays are extremely loud. There’s so many other options.

the staff was nice enough. the room was made to seem modern & updated, but there were several things just not up to par. #1. Loud base/music from the bar/restaurant until 2 AM preventing sleeping. When we told the desk clerk, she replied, " well it says that in the write up"- I suggest reading this carefully if it's important to you. #2. Not even a hook to hang your towel on in the bathroom- what? What if I stayed more than one night and wanted to not request fresh towels? Do I store them on the floor? #3 Pay extra to park.
