Staff was nice, the room was falling apart, very grungy and outdated.

The room was comfortable. The fitness room was in disrepair and some components out of service, which has been this way for some time. The functioning weight components had frayed cables, which were at risk of breaking. The aerobic equipment was outdated and not functioning well. I had several large bugs in the bed (stink bugs I was told). The towels had burn marks. The main room door and the sliding glass door were askew and not lined up properly to close. I was told the architect was aware. Overall in a state of disrepair.

Hello, I rarely write a poor report for a hotel but there were enough things on this stay to warrant it. We are not super fussy or complaining people but do have an expectation when paying a fair bit. My husband stayed here very last minute for one night just recently. He managed to get a cheaper rate by using our Expedia points. Thank goodness. He did say that the staff at checkin were very polite and helpful. We usually stay at other hotels in the area but this Best Western Plus was close to where he was working. He commented that there was no shampoo in the bathroom (but he did not call about it that night as it was quite late at that point). Also the Keurig coffee maker in the room did not seem to work (and he knows how to work one). The thermostat did not seem to work any cooler, meaning the temp did not go down below 23 degrees. He said it was a very warm sleep. He did mention all these things to the nice lady at the desk when he checked out at 5 am. I think Best Western Plus hotels usually have a better rating so this all surprised us. And if he had had to pay full price, that would have been really ridiculous.

Friendly staff, good food and comfortable rooms at a fair price. Unfortunately , nearby construction noise and early morning lawn mowing on the property made for poor sleeping conditions

Very disappointing that the hotel double charged for my stay and still have not returned the hold deposit the take at check in. I have called and they have not regulated the issue or returned my call. They also claim its a type of pending charge which is not accurate either. Disappointing since person at the front desk seemed friendly and yet you have to chase them with calls with them and now my credit card company

The room (201) was huge. 2 Bedrooms, full kitchen, dining and large living room. Staff was very helpful and attentive. The beds were fairly comfortable, but it’s time they were upgraded
