Bienvenue B&B

This was a delightful and convenient place to stay. The hosts were generous and flexible. The room was clean and the breakfast provided (croissant with jam and tea/coffee) hit the spot.

This is a very welcoming establishment, the hosts are extremely friendly and helpful. The property is situated in a lovely neighbourhood close to subway stations, Mont Royal and St Catherine Street are within easy walking distance (20 minutes).

This B&B might be utilitarian but it's got alot going for it - it's very conveniently located on the Plateau and affordably priced.

The place is basic, with a small room and shared bathroom and shower, but the bed was extremely comfortable and the neighborhood very quiet. And it is in the heart of one of Montreal’s best areas. Hard to beat for the price.

I love the owners and felt perfectly at home in this small hotel; lovely place!

The staff is really friendly and helpful, the hotel is well located but you should know that the bathroom and toilet are on the landing and the sheets had the smell of the perfume of the person who passed before and some hair on the mattress

My boyfriend and I chose this place because of the location. I had read previous reviews about there being no breakfast, which was weird, but at least it didn't surprise me. Carole, our host, was warm and helpful. The place was charming and in need of a little TLC, but it didn't really bother us. It was a great deal. Some minor changes like ripping out the ancient, grimy carpeting and removing a little bit of the clutter would make this place a gem. But I would still go back. It was kind of like staying with a special aunt rather than an anonymous hotel, and I enjoyed it.

The hosts are very hospitable and the Hotel is very well located.

I was welcomened very friendly. The kitchen was not clean. The room obviously had not been vacuumed as there lay a coin under the bed. The next day the bed was not even

Since it was my first trip to Montreal I absolutely enjoyed the city. Area was great and safe, very friendly people. Hotel was very clean and quiet, my room was clean and comfortable, pleasant hotel owner and price was great. I truly enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to my friends. I had no issues only pleasant memories.

Proprietors were friendly and helpful. Accomodations were adequate to the needs of my stay.

This is a traditional place, the hosts are a genuinely friendly couple who are more than happy to give information about Montréal or just simply have a chat. Breakfast is not offered but there are kitchen facilities and tea and coffee is available. There are plenty of nearby places to get breakfast. Rooms very quiet. Do not come here if you want all frills lodgings but this establishment is clean and homely. Plenty of hot water for showers.

No breakfast provided. Shared bathroom, sat 3 times on urine-splashed toilet seat. Slow learner. Owners pleasant.

The hotel is old and tired. However, i paid for a bed, a shower, and a good location and that is what I got. I would stay there again. Tons of neat restaurants nearby, lots of great bakeries, lots of bars. The host is a very nice lady.

Wonderful experience at Bienvenue Bed & Breakfast! Carole was very nice, the room was clean, and we were literally walking distance from everywhere (metro stop 4 min away if you're not a fan of walking!) Breakfast was not included as we had initially believed, but there is a farmers market next to the Mont-Royal Metro Stop and a kitchen perfect for making omelettes/toast/whatever you're feeling for the day.

This hotel is not a bed and breakfast at all as no breakfast is available. When I asked about breakfast at the front desk, I was told there are numerous cafes that offer breakfast in the area, but none at the hotel. The room was clean and all right although it was old and had some noticeable areas that needed repair. It was an okay place, but I don't think I would stay there again.

Awesome place close to fun and culture , very accommodating . Will absolutely return. I was alone on an extended motorcycle trip and they where great!!!!

It was a nice place to stay and rest your head, I spent most my time at the f1 race or downtown. The owners are extremely polite and helpful, but wifi sucks lol and mainly just a place to rest your head

Value for money for the price we spent

Unfortunately, the accommodations were just one step up from the experiences I had in my European hosteling days (the step up would be the private bathroom, for some of the rooms). We were in a room with a bed large enough for two people and a private bathroom, but not much else. The mattress was as firm as a board and must have been encased in waterproof material as every time I woke in the night the part of my body laying on the mattress was sweaty and clammy. My husband and I both started the morning with stiff backs and necks. Usually when we stay at a B&B they are charmingly decorated with quality (but not necessarily high-end) bathroom fixtures and furnishings that are comfortable to use. Bienvenue was decorated and outfitted more like a hostel, with economy bathroom fixtures, carpeting and kitchenette furniture you'd expect to see in a budget student apartment rental; not especially comfortable and grimy in the corners and inside the shower handles. The parking was a source of consternation, as we did have to deal with the on-street parking regulations and went out of our way to not drive anywhere in the city so we wouldn't have to search for a new parking space later; the streets are pretty crowded with cars. The redeeming features of Bienvenue was the location and the very warm, friendly hosts who were truly interested in making sure we enjoy the city.
