Brackley Beach Northwinds Inn and Suites

Staff at check in and check out, are all business, no extra interaction. Property is well maintained and clean. Breakfast was a muffin. Disappointing as no other places for breakfast nearby. Had to drive to Charlottetown. Just down the road from the drive in, which is always enjoyable. Osprey nest outside our room window was entertaining!

The place is nice. On the other hand, they dont offer full breakfast, only coffee and muffin. You need to drive half hour to have breakfast.

The property was clean, quiet and safe. Conveniently located to several attractions. The only draw back is the parking area could be larger.

Best place to stay in pei to be able to travel both sides of the island

The property was nice and clean. There was a birdsnest on top of one of the poles that was really cool for the kids. Loved the play ground and space for the kids, definitely made them ready for bed:). The only suggestion I could make is regarding the bath towels, they're more on the small side. Overall a wonderful stay and would stay again.

Generally good. We only stayed for kne night. No issues at all. Nice and quiet.

Overall, the inn was clean, and the property sits on a large piece of land where kids can play. The swimming pool and hot tub were clean and easy to use. However, it was very inconvenient for us that we couldn’t check in at 4 PM. We arrived at 4:10 PM, and it would have been nice to know in advance that the room wasn’t ready. Also, the A/C didn’t work well. The window unit was struggling to keep up, and the wall unit wouldn’t turn on at all. The first night was breezy, so we opened the window and it was fine, but the next night it was warm when we returned, and there was no one at the office after 10 PM, so we couldn’t get help. We checked out the next day.

Rooms very spacious and clean!

The property was nice. We had to move rooms as the toilet did not work. Asked for a main level room due to knee condition and was told they didn't have any available. The microwave was old and the button stuck on it. When we had to move rooms because the toilet didn't work they put us in a main floor room. The indoor pool was nice but freezing. Not heated so we couldn't use it. The hot tub was nice and so was the BBQ's that were available for use.

The room was very dated but it was clean. The pool area was dirty and very dated, with no where to sit. There was a hot tub that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months.

Nicely updated motel close to Brackley Beach Friendly staff and great location for beach goers or cycling through the National Park. We will return

We couldn't get any station on the tv. Good bistro at Penzies in Shaw's Cottages. Really close by and very scenic. Motel wasn't where we thought it was going to be but was oy 25 minutes from Charlottetown.

The facility and the staff were good.

Large, spacious room, comfortable beds, very clean, pool, local muffins and coffee available at front desk each morning. Very Friendly staff. Highly Recommend!

Staff need to learn the area they are working. They had no idea of surroundings area. Sent us to Charlottetown to find coffee, 20 minutes away. There was a very good coffee shop just around the corner. Please educate your staff. Thanks

We were so happy with our first two nights, we decided to extend our stay by two additional nights! - room was updated and absolutely spotless when we arrived! - bathroom was updated and beautiful! We needed an accessible room and it was great! - breakfast was only for a few limited items but each of the items were delicious (even the coffee!) - the view of the property from our room was stunning! And being able to watch the Osprey birds in the nest feeding her babies was such a cute ‘treat’ for our family! - having laundry available was a bonus

Visiting with husband for our 31st wedding anniversary. Had a great time

I’ve stayed here several times. The staff are always so friendly and accommodating. The room is comfortable and the location is superb.
