Easy access to the ski hill

Rooms were modern and Hotel had good Facilities.

The hotel is well located at the bottom of ski slopes. The hotel does not have any cable or staellite TV. The hotel was overcrowded, i didn't use the outdoor spa because about 20 persons and many kids were in it at all time. Breakfast was disapointing. They offer pre-wrap egg sandwich, warm bottle of juice, cereal or french toasts. On arrival, the hotel didn't have my reservation, but lady at front desk was super nice and found me a room at the rate i booked on hotel.com.

It’s good place for a ski trip

Continental breakfast could be expanded - limited options to choose from. We stayed in O’Brien’s north. Great access to the skill hill but the sound transfer with the room next door was awful. Noise could easily pass through the two hotel rooms. Staff were kind and accommodating and the ski hill is great for families. We will be back.

We recently stayed at the O’Brien South Condo. The condo itself was very new and clean. If you are skiing, it is only 50 or so feet from the lifts which is great for coming back to the condo throughout the day to warm up and have lunch. Particularly convenient if you have little ones joining you on the slopes. Despite being clean and new, the condo wasn’t well set up and we felt a little more detail listed in the booking would have been helpful to allow us to prepare for our stay. The condo was advertised as a hotel room but ended up being more like an air bnb. Things we needed that weren’t there included a broom, door mats and dish towels. There was a Keurig coffee maker that worked well but only 3 coffee pods stocked which had us having to ask for more from front desk which is located on the other side of the resort. There was a TV but no channels or streaming services available. We had to go to the front desk for linen for the pull out couch and were given a big garbage bag of linen to then carry all the way back to the place on our own. I’m okay with this sort of task but recognize that some people may not be- so I would suggest calling ahead to ensure you know what you’re booking. All in all we had a great trip, the skiing was fabulous and would stay again. Hoping that these details can be ironed out before we go back!

An Absolute gem and so quiet! Watch out fir restaurant hours on off season. I picked up dinner on my way so no need to leave.

This place is such a gem. We were there for a hockey tournament and they were so welcoming, I almost thought they were joking - but they're actually just THAT welcoming. We had a recently renovated room that was *stunning,* but spent most of our time in the super cozy and warm resto/bar area with the other parents. We ate several meals there; kids enjoyed the pool and they gave them a vacant meeting room so they could have a teenage lounge space (and we didn't have to worry about them disturbing other guests in the hallways). They also helped us order pizza for the teenagers from a local pizzeria, while the adults ate in the resto. They had a bonfire going out back and the chef found some marshmallow sticks so the kids could roast some. The staff (Chef, Sarah, Eli, and Julie) felt like they were part of our group, they were so lovely! I am now envisioning lovely girlfriend weekends away there, and combined family ski trips this weekend.

After booking online tried contacting them to discuss the booking and to get information but nobody answered the phone. Tried calling multiple times and no answer. I ended up emailing and finally got a response. Unpon arrival we were greeted by a staff that was not super welcoming. The room had no phone, no cable tv, no garbages, the coffee machine had old water in it and no coffee cream like coffee mate etc. I had to go down to the front desk to get additional blankets which were not folded and bunched up and the bar had to give me cream for the coffee. The vending machine was broken and no access to wifi either. When checking out of course nobody at the front desk and then got the final bill and I was charged more than quoted. Again unable to reach anyone at the hotel to discuss.

My stay was wonderful, and the staff was exceptional. I needed a quiet place to work on a contract and negotiate a deal, and the environment here was perfect. The early morning walk on the trails was refreshing, and the beautiful scenery helped me clear my head. It was truly an ideal setting.

Room was excellent. Only thing I didn't like was cable for TV was not working. But received a discount on the room at check-out.

I booked 3 double rooms for my kids (all young adults) and their partners for the night of 25th July 2024 at a cost of over $1000. At 12 noon that day, the hotel informed me that due to construction these rooms were now unavailable and instead they would all be moved to a house where other guests (some strangers) had also been moved (a total cost to all occupants of nearly $2000). I have been trying to arrange a rebate with the manager Marcy because this is not what we paid for, but to no avail because she does not return messages.
