Tom and Marla treated my mother from out of town like family from the moment she walked through the door. Their kindness, genuine hospitality and attention to every little detail made such a lasting impression. The property and room was spotless, comfortable for her, and incredibly welcoming, but it was Tom and Marla who made the experience exceptional. They take such great pride in their business and it’s no wonder they have had had so much success over their years. Thank you so much!

The location is close to local attractions and restaurants. The owners are incredibly wonderful people that take the time to make sure you are having a great time. A great choice if you are staying in Port Alberni.

We stayed at the property for 3 nights. The house keeping was not proper and we were not provided with additional soaps or change of towels till we actually asked for it. The breakfast was same for all three days and there were not many options. No eggs or any non vegetarian food was available. Everything was quite limited.
