It’s a basic hotel. Staff was friendly. Check in fast. Water pressure amazing. I always like a second sink outside the bathroom so someone can get ready while another showers.

The rooms were great. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was really well done. We had our dog with us and could not have been happier with how welcoming, clean and accommodating everyone was.

the staff went above and beyond our expectations. The room was clean both in smell and amenities, but the walls could use a bit of attention. Breakfast was greatly appreciated, and it was nice that pets were welcome. Thanks for the lovely stay. will be doing it again

I didn't actually stay the night I had booked at the Comfort Inn and Suites. The highway between salmon arm and golden was closed for emergency avalanche service, and they refunded my entire stay. Even though I had booked a non-refundable stay, they still refunded me. Obviously this place is well managed and cares about people.
