It was a great property, friendly staff, clean rooms. Didnt care for the 300 deposit/hold for one night. Alittle excessive being the room price was half that.

Convenient and clean.

Hotel has gone a bit downhill since the last time I stayed 2 years ago. Hot tub broken, elevator broken, and the pool was dirty. Service was not terrible, but not what you would expect at a hotel. The only friendly staff were the housekeepers. Breakfast was not the best, waffles, eggs, weird looking bacon, and ... mixed veggies? I also found it strange that breakfast ended at 830 on weekdays. Beds were very comfy though, and rooms were clean.

I was not prepared for this hotel to require a full charge amount for our stay when I have paid through Expedia. As well, front staff were not personable and with check-in provided minimal details on why they needed by card payment and why they were pressing numerous buttons on the atm machine. In check out, I had asked for a copy of all the mastercard statements to ensure that I receive my "full payment deposit", I was refused saying that I will receive my receipt from Expedia only! Our stay was wonderful, breakfast served as great, however, the payment and refusal to provide me with any documentation left me uneasy. Why couldn't I get a printed receipt from their end as well as expedia?

The customer service here is terrible. The hot tub was down and there weee lights continuously coming lot of the wall inside the pool. The breakfast was not good either. No hot water for my kids to shower in our room after using the pool so they were freezing. It wasn’t a good experience and not at all worth the price of the room for what’s offered or not offered for that matter. Definitely lacking in alot of areas.

Very nice ladies who checked me and out. Pool water was murky, floor in pool room is dirty. Rooms were clean besides some black powder on the toilet bowl, thought maybe it was a cleaner? Tv channel options were good. Breakfast options were very minimal. Montanas next doors was so convenient.

Tv isn't working... Anybody can come in, no front desk...

On Hotels.com I had booked 2 nights stay, received email confirmation regarding my 2 nights stay. After the first night I was busy attending to my child dance competition when I get a call from the hotel at 12:40PM asking when I was checking out. I told them I had booked 2 night but they insisted their computer only showed I was booked for 1 night. After running back to the hotel, the lady at the desk was no help, telling me they were fully booked but could offer me a suite (probably for a higher price). Luckily a gentleman (management) was present and was able to sort everything out offering me a different room at the same rate I had booked. The lady at the desk had no interest at looking at my confirmation email and continued to insist I was wrong and that I was at fault! Comfort Inn computer system was at fault but aren’t customers always right?! Why would I lie about staying another night? Especially when I had the confirmation email at hand?! Thank you to the gentleman (management I am guessing) for fixing everything at the end.

Very reasonable accommodation and walkable to Dow Center for an event. The half size pillows were a bit odd.

The property was hosting a ton of kids which is fine as we were also there with our kids. The issue was the constant running up and down the halls till midnight. Now you might think well that sounds like a lack of parenting and you’d be right. But when you walk into this property you are greeted with what looks like a maximum security prison camera system. So the front desk has eyes on every floor and could have courteously asked the folks on the third floor to chill a pinch. Walls are not sound proof either heard my neighbor having his 7 oclock bm grunts included. Was charged twice for the room which I caught once I went into my room and checked what they charged for a deposit as they only handed me a pos with no number showing. $300 deposit for a hotel that probably doesn’t $300 invested in the whole room. Without fail we wanted to go swim in the early am as soon as the pool opened and we were told the pool had been shut down for the day. So paying for the pool and slide and hot tub was pointless. A positive is they did serve chicken sausage from Costco for breakfast so I did get 1 hour up the road before running to the bush. Black eggs and burnt hashbrowns mmm good.

When staying here for work, the room cleaner that had come in my room to provide more towels when I was at work stole my work tablet. I reported it to the front desk and was given nothing at all and they didn’t say really anything about it.

Nice size pool and water slide. Room and bed were fine. Breakfast was good. Would stay again.

The breakfast was really good. Was a little disappointed about the hot tub being closed and the pool area temperature was cold but it was also really cold outside and they had been booked out the night before from a hockey tournament. I'm not complaining. Our stay was comfortable and the staff were very nice. If the water temperature and air temperature in the pool room was warmer that would have been better. Its was an average hotel experience given the price. I would stay again. If you factor in feeding a family of 4, which would probably cost 30 to 40 bucks for breakfast, and the stay was less then 100 a night, its a good deal.
